Not challenging with hills, but a good place to bike or walk. I have only been on the part between the Texas Medical Center and the end of the trail at Bissonnet, and the trail is well maintined up to Gessner.

It is called Braes Bayou. This is an average hike and bike trail along Braes Bayou from U of H to Bissonnet. I think there are better ones, especially along Buffalo Bayou.
