Great hosts and perfect venue for the USA Jr. National Volleyball Championships. Be sure to check out the gift shop on the second floor. Mary was great ambassador for the shop, the Ctr and Houston.

Great place. Good food venues. Great layout. A large place to explore. I love the starbucks there! Can't wait to see it after the remodel.

We were here with another couple for an event. The other couple spent a lot of time in lines (their choosing). Since we didn't want to do that, we were able to relax in the food court area and enjoy ourselves. This made it much more fun for us.

Excelent convention center! Huge for large conventions and adaptable for small ones, it's a nice option. Very well located, close Minute Maid Park and Toyota Center. The traffic to arrive there is not so easy, but as there are a lot of hotels around, this is not always a problem. The infrastructure works very well and the overall experience is... More

Lots of space in this convention center. Can definitely hold more than 1 event at once. Have been here for several events. Get ready to walk. Parking can be an issue. The Hilton Americas and a separate parking structure are connected to the convention center by sky bridges at the south end (that's nice when it is hot or raining).... More

I enjoyed attending a conference at the George R. Brown Convention Center in February 2014. It was easy locating meeting halls, restrooms, etc. In contrast to other conventions, the rooms seemed spacious and more accessible. It was very clean and well equipped. There is also a park in front of the convention center. The center's website noted free wi-fi in... More

Nice convention center, big halls, nice meeting rooms, and decent concessions. The big complaint was a lack of parking.

It is huge!!!!!! This is the cleanest convention center I have ever seen. It is designed to look like a cruise ship and well maintained. The expo for the marathon was well run. I havent been there for any other event.

So, a rather strange title but I know that women at least will appreciate the attention given to the restrooms and the fact that they were always clean and well-stocked. Our convention experience at the GRB CC was great. Rooms were well maintained and well ventilated. Set ups were just right, roomy even, for our group of ~1,000.

I go to many of the gun shows at this Convention Center. This time was just like all the others. You get there and wait a while (if you arrive before opening). They usually start selling tickets around 8:30am - with the show opening at 9am. I did attempt to find out which hall the show was going to be... More
