Really nothing special - basically has all same stores as everywhere else. Not sure it deserves a review of anykind

Pros: - Wide selection of shops Cons: - Very dated - No sense of "upscale" - Hoody clientele - Horridly rundown parking garages - Confusing layout - Small hallways cluttered with signs - No walkability nearby AT ALL (tall buildings ≠ urban)

A favorite place for my wife to shop. Walking distance to many hotels and quite a bit of restaurants in the vicinity. Upscale big name stores. Will be back

This place caters to people with more money than judgement. All of the stores offer "luxury goods" with prices in the stratosphere. Of course, there is a lot of money in Houston and these businesses are out to get as much of it as they can. Parking is very difficult to find, so it obviously appeals to a lot of... More

It's a mall. There are lots of stores, hotels and places to eat. Because of its reputation and location, everything seems to be 10-15% more expensive than it should be. Even after all these years, the parking at the Galleria is the worst I've ever seen at a shopping venue...you think they would've fixed this by now. If you HAVE... More

I stepped on spilled yogurt on the floor and slipped and fell hard. The store Manager at Teavana came by to check on me and called the building security. Security came and asked if I need an ambulance. I said no to the ambulatory assistance but requested that they file an incident report regarding my fall. Security wrote down my info... More

An upscale mall with an ice rink on the bottom floor with a food court and restaurants. There is the Rainforest cafe, Mexican , pizza, Chinese, Cheesecake Factory and sandwiches. There's lots of stores to look at and if you like to shop designer there's a lot. Entirely enclosed so weather isn't a problem.

I had some extra time one day after work during a business trip, so I decided to head over to the Galleria - I spent close to an hour looking for parking - ON A WEDNESDAY AT 2:30PM. The underground parking structures were packed, cramped, and uncomfortable feeling. I found above ground parking, and it was $3 for 20 minutes!... More

The facilities and the infrastructure are aging--but it's undergoing a renovation in certain sections. The Galleria is quite large and there are plenty of places to shop. A wide variety--and a good food court.
