If Galleria would be a downtown, it would be the USA's fourteenth largest downtown. It is however, called uptown. The Galleria area is renown for its high-class shopping. It is the Rodeo Drive of Houston but also boast some pretty cool features like a gigantic glass skyscraper (Williams Tower) which stands sort of like a modern-day Empire State building and... More

The only reason I doesn't give the 5 stars is because of parking. Every time I go here it's crazy to find a spot. Besides that, the quality and quantity of clothes is here. Take your time a look for some great sales and people to assist you.

Huge mall with everything you need from high end stores to an ice skating rink. Lots to do, see and shop.

Obviously, in Texas everything is bigger, very clean, and nice. Easy to get lost, there's even an ice skating rink. With the food court around.

The only time to visit the Galleria is at 1030 AM or 130 PM. Mon thru Fri, with Fri being very bustle too.. After shopping tips! Don't leave at noon. Have lunch if you are still there. Leave at 130.. Don't leave after 4 pm, stay for happy hour, dinner, traffic will calm after 630. If you want to explore... More

Not sure how this makes it so high in the ranks of things to do in Houston. Clearly this city lacks attractions of sufficient interest and a shopping mall manages to crack into the top twenty. Presumably it is a good mall (I lack expertise to judge) and has a good offering of retail opportunities but it is a shopping... More

Upscale shopping and people watching at its finest. A must see for out of town visitors. There are several moderate cost stores interspersed so there is something for everyone.

I like the Galleria because there are so many stores to choose from that we simply do not have in Clear Lake ... True Religion and Intimacy being two that come to mind immediately. I also love that Cache, Bebe, and White House Black Market all have a lot more clothes to choose from than in Clear Lake's Baybrook Mall.... More

If I get aggressively approached by one more person trying to sell me something or push their samples I may just freak out. JK, not really. But this mall would be 100% better without the never-ending retail panhandling. I actually avoid the mall because of them. Someone selling something actually yelled at me yesterday: "Hey, Mr. white shirt! You ignoring... More

This was once the all-timer mall in the southwest. It has seen MANY better days. They are remodeling and adding new stores, but the parking is painful, the place isn't real clean and the skating rink just doesn't hold the attraction it once did. LOTS of stores, shops and restaurants in the neighborhood that you may enjoy, though. Traffic is... More
