Good size lake, with not too many boaters on it. The was boat rentals, jet skis and sailboats. Big enough to ski on, but not too big as to get lost.

This lake is a hidden TX gem!!! Just visited for a second time for a birthday picnic and enjoyed!! We were able to swim, take pics, and catch the sunset. The entrance fee is $5 per vehicle. Plenty of picnic tables, grills, kids playground, and restroom available.

A good lake to visit, its a bit small but the parks on the south side are fantastic and great for a Sunday afternoon picnic and relaxation. The bike trails on the north side are great, especially being so close to the DFW area, it was a great place to escape and to get into Nature.

Most popular mountain bike trail in North Texas. Lots of up and down and fast runs and an optional technical loop. Main trail is around 15 miles and the full trail is around 22. Takes about 1.5 hrs to complete a loop. Get specific directions on the DORBA website.
