Cute and Friendly

My wife and I love this place! The staff is wonderful and make you feel comfortable and right at home. This is the second time we visited and this visit may have been better than the last! We did some wine tasting and eventually purchased two cases of wine to take with us. While the exterior of the house appears... More

The wines were all very good, much better than I expected for downtown Grapevine. And the staff very very personable and fun. We will be back!

We were on a roll during our wine tasting adventure, and while the wines here weren't bad, it was one of the few places we didn't buy any bottles at. The building is a bit odd, kind of a rustic look to it, and the staff was polite enough. I think the wine they offered for tasting was just a... More

We have been here twice and both times we had excellent service. The wines are good and the prices are fantastic. This is the place we taste and buy bottles to take home because you can't beat the prices for their bottles.

We visited 5 wineries while in Texas and this place had the best wine. Very nice service was provided with the tastings. We bought a case of a few red dry wines as we liked the wine so much! Looking forward to our next visit to Texas to check it out again!

This is a small winery with an ok assortment. The person giving the samples did not seem too excited about what she was doing. Will be leary to visit again when there are other wineries in the area where the workers are excited about the product they are selling

After trying some of the other "wineries" around grapevine we were disappointed as they were Texas made but with imported grapes. Homestead uses grapes from there Texas vineyard and is a true Texan wine. Usually I am unable to drink commercially make red wines, but I didn't have a problem with any of these as they didn't rush the making... More

This winery is located in an old house which makes it feel very cute and welcoming. The lady who conducted our tasting was very nice and knowledgeable, but there were no chairs to sit in and we felt rushed as she stood and watched us taste each wine. Wish it was a little more relaxed, but the wines were good... More

Visited before entering Grapefest. Probably not the ideal time, but they were on the outside of the gates and it seemed quite busy. Staff did not seem to fully known their wines. Kept referring to the large board behind them describing all they had. The Ivanhoe Knights is interesting enough to warrant a try. Building is unique with a lot... More
