Before I can even start the review a few words of advise: 1.-BUY YOUR TICKETS ONLINE. That's the only way to get the time and date is convenient for you. Otherwise you are taking the risk to have to visit the place late in the afternoon. Even if you have the promotion one kid free with a paid adult you... More

Thank you for your review of our attraction! Yes, we do recommend that our guests book their tickets ahead of time online. As you mentioned, some of our coupons are even available online. The best time to come, especially during peak periods, is right when we open at 10am or later in the evening, and on a weekday if possible.... More

Since I had a FREE Child's ticket (if you purchased an Adult ticket), I had to do this in person rather than book at time online. (Cost $19 with the free ticket). We arrived around 10:15 and were able to get in at 11:45 am. Once in, seemed like there were too many people in the group -- why wouldn't... More

Hi and thank you for your comments about our attraction. It sounds like you came on a very busy day - we do want to make sure our guests, especially the parents, are aware of how busy we can be during peak periods, especially during summer. Weekdays, right when we open at 10am or later in the evening, are the... More

Enjoyable experience for my kid (only 18 months old). Lots of different ways to enjoy your time. Also showed a 4D movie which was a very cool experience

We had visited Legoland once before so we didn't check out the site on the web. When we went to buy tickets; we were told that we wouldn't be able to get in until after 2 pm. They had changed the policy and now have a limit on how many can go in. What a bummer for our boys. They... More

Hi and thank you for your comments about our attraction. We are sorry to hear you weren't able to visit our attraction this past weekend. We do want to stress the importance of booking your tickets in advance online before visiting, especially for out of town guests during peak times. Before our new policy, guests who walked up to buy... More

Cost of tickets would suggest a lot of activities. This is not the case. The ride in the window is alluring but there are only 3 rides. Car ride was fun for son but not much too it. The ride in the window was like any carnival ride, long waiting lines and quick ride. The ride with the laser guns... More

Hello and thank you for your comments about our children's attraction. We are very glad to hear your children enjoyed their visit, but are sad to hear that wasn't the case for the adults. We are glad to hear your son enjoyed Forest Ranger Pursuit and that Kingdom Quest was a hit for everyone. We are very busy during peak... More

Legoland really needs to rebuild this place or reduce the prices to match the activities. 1 ride and few other things are not at all worth what we pay and the long lines

Hi and thank you for your comments for our attraction. We are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your visit as much as would have hoped. We do have 3 interactive rides in the attraction, along with 9 other features for children to enjoy. We are also currently building a water splash pad (the first of its kind in the... More

Whoever designed the space did a TERRIBLE job! Most attractions are only for children, which leaves crowds of adults standing around in tiny spaces waiting for their kids. There is not nearly enough seating so if you don't mind standing around- in awkwardly over-crowded spaces- this is the place for you! Now let's talk about the Legos. Go visit a... More

Hi and thank you for your comments for our attraction. We are very sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your visit, but are pleased to hear that your kids had fun. We do tend to be very busy during our peak times, in particular summer, often selling out. This in turn makes the attraction very busy, and we apologize for... More

The place was fun, but crowded. Too many "big" kids. The movies were fun, as were the automated rides.

My lego-loving son enjoyed his time here, but it was complete chaos. They rush you through certain activities and the lines can be horrendous because of how many people are there at once. The giant play area in the middle has a height restriction - for our family it didn't work out. My daughter was too short, so she would... More

Hi and thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that your son enjoyed his experience. During our peak times, especially summer, we do see large crowds daily. Our lines tend to be longer and the attraction tends to be a little more crowded. We do encourage our guests to visit the attractions page of our website to... More
