Ive gone to a lot of concerts all over Texas and this by far has been the worst venue ever! I got a "VIP" Upgrade for my tickets which was totally pointless it literally was just a cheap lanyard and entrance to the stupid mazda club lounge...THATS IT!!!!!!! No drink tickets or food like other VIP Packages that other venues... More

We have seen several different shows at this venu. Reba Mcintire, the Rockettes, and Galliger. This is a great little theater and really not a bad seat in the place. Plenty of parking and if you come early, you can go bet on the horses at lone star park.

I've attended several events here, a concert, a couple comedian appearances, etc. I've been impressed with the acoustics. It does appear dated, but it isn't huge like the other venues in the area and that makes for what seems like a more personal show. Drink and food prices are in the typical range for large events, nothing special or over... More

I have been to the Verizon Theater in Grand Prairie, Texas a number of times for different music events and this place never lets me down. I saw "The Hendrix Experience" last night and what a fantastic 3-1/2 hours of classic music performed by more than a dozen guitar masters. The seating in this theater is such that everyone has... The theater was very nice, comfortable and roomy seats. Once doors opened, it was very fast getting to our seats. We were up close to the front, but on the side - The view of the stage was not great but okay. I would suggest that anybody going check out seats before getting tickets. When the show was over -... The Verizon Theatre is one of Grand Prairie's prized venues. Many artists visit throughout the year bringing their shows for many to enjoy. With 2 large HD monitors and the way it's designed, there's not a bad seat in the house. Great facility.

This is an excellent venue for concerts and performances. I was told that their seating capacity is over 6,000. All seats offered good viewing, with the 100 and 200 range seats all quality. Nicely-sized rest rooms offering good ability to manage the crowds during intermission. The one complaint - I discovered a red parking sticker on my car windshield after... More

We went to see Macklemore on 11/30. It was our second trip to the this excelent medium sized venue (Dolly Parton). There is not a bad seat in the house and parking is easy. If you have the resources pay for the VIP parking. We were out of there and on our way home in less than 60 seconds. Totally... More

First, I must say the venue is first rate. It's great to see music performances in a hall like this rather than an arena. I was very excited to see Alejandro Fernandez on 11/29/2013. This concert is the best I've ever seen but back to the venue. The traffic flow leaving is amazing and kuddos to the staff for working... More
