Needs just a little attention to detail. Three trips have resulted in too few waitstaff, missing ingredients in their signature salad entree and over-cooked hamburger meat. Made our first trip out to Rio Brazos recently and greatly enjoyed the BBQ and hanging out. Granbury now has a first class country music scene which might help the tourist market in the area. Well known statewide and national bands play each month, including Willie Nelson, Clint Black and Pat Green. We love this place! More
