Great little place

Enjoyed a patio tasting here on a sunny January day. Very nice wines (bought the Syrah it was great).

We decided to give this winery a try because they had such great reviews. The issue being, that all the wine we tasted had the same off esters/alcohol. The service was excellent and the ladies behind the counter were very nice, but when someone tells you they had a wine that underwent a second fermentation in the bottle that wasn't... More

Stopped in on a hot day for a tasting - super friendly folks and good wine. I'm not a regular wine drinker and enjoyed the variety of grapes available. Stop in if in the neighborhood!

My wife and I visited Barking Rocks winery, and sampled 5 of their wines. All were very good, and we bought 2 bottles of our favorites. The tasting is in a limestone building, very rustic and cool inside. It had about 6 couples in there when we arrived, and there was plenty of room. The staff brought the wine to... More

A nice little winery tucked out in the country not too far off the beaten path...easy access, friendly and reasonably priced wines!

My wife and I were looking for a local wine tasting but wanted something off the downtown square. We were greeted by the owners dog when entering and then the actual owner as well. Very friendly and enjoyed the wines. Atmosphere was lacking...felt a little decor could go along ways. Typical tasting have lite crackers to clean palate between tastings... More

Owners and staff are super friendly and knowledgable. The winery is 13 years old and care has been taken to create a fantastic Rustic Texas environment. Indoor and outdoor setting is very comfy and our group enjoyed all 5 of the wines that we tasted. We purchased two bottles. We will be back.

Small winery, quaint tasting room. We visited on a Thursday afternoon and enjoyed being catered to and getting some in depth descriptions of the wines and history of the winery. Our hostess was very knowledgeable. We wound up purchasing a couple of bottles to consume in our hotel room over the weekend.

On a recent girls' weekend, friends & I visited this small winery. We got five tastings for $5 each. They allow you to choose 5 of the about 7 or more wines they have to offer. She gave us each a listing of the wines with a brief description of each. There's even an area on the paper to make... More

We missed the Friday night music, so stopped in on Saturday. Like other folks have said, it's out in the country in a barn, but air conditioned and comfortable. The friendly staff made the wine tasting fun and unhurried, and we ended up buying a few bottles to take home. Winemaker Tiberius even signed our bottles. Yes, we had a... More
