We decided to take the tour with our 6 year old. Our tour guide was very informative, corny jokes, and fun for all. Not a spooky tour at all, there were other families with children there too. Lasts about an hour, worth the $10 per person.

We planned this tour during our anniversary weekend getaway. Brandy was a delightful guide and her enthusiasm for the history, both haunted and not, was infectious. She made me want to learn more about this little town. We heard about the characters who built Granbury and stories about some who have never left. Go on the tour for fun and... More

You can't beat the hospitality of the folks in Granbury and this tour is a must-do for visitors. Like the other reviewers mention, don't expect long ghastly stories of a bereaved widow who plunged to her death from a balcony and now roams the streets screaming his name. You get a few ghost stories and a ton of history. Our... More

the tour was just OK. I may have been expecting more. Our guide was very sweet and funny. He kept us entertained. It is definitely more of a historical tour, than anything else. D

We really enjoyed this tour with our ten year old daughter. As others have said, it was more historical than scary, and it certainly wasn't a ghost hunting expedition. But based on their very honest description on the website it was exactly what I was expecting, and we weren't disappointed. Brandy, our guide, was a great storyteller. We really enjoyed... More

We found this tour by happenstance. We were walking around the square killing time until our dinner reservation and my husband saw the sign for the "Ghost and Legend tour" along with Brandy sitting on a bench in full old time garb. We asked how long it would last as to not miss our reservation. It would last one hour.... More

A wonderful walking tour with a very knowledgible guide. Priced right. It was an experience that I will never forget. A lot of fun and entertaining for the evening I spent in Granbury, Texas. I would go back in a heart beat. I highly recommend it for all age groups of people. He said History has never left Granbury and... More

Having lived in this area of Texas for most of our lives we thought...geez we have heard the old stories, lets go see if we can get closer to the ghosts. Well what we got was an AWESOME historical lesson on Granbury, the legends surrounding it, and a wonderfully fun walking tour. Boots was great and his stories were too,... More

A group of 4 of us took this tour on Saturday the May 25th, 2013. The guide was very confident of himself, but quite arrogant and rude. He insulted an attorney friend in our party on three different occasions during the evening, at one point calling him an "Ugly bald old man". His facts about John Wilkes Booth involvement in...
