I loved looking at the specialty shops filled with clothing and unique gift items for ladies. I didn't see much that a man would like, but there was a sports store that would probably have some guy items. I didn't go in it though. There was a good amount of parking available, but it was definitely a little harder to... More

Lovely and picturesque area with quaint shops, but the shops and resturants close early. We visited on a Saturday evening and went to dinner, when we had finished, we decided to stroll through some more of the shops at 8pm...they were closed. That seems rather early for a summer tourist area. We were disappointed that we could not, at least,... More

Many places to shop, eat, stay in and visit. The public beach is also close by. Very friendly place to visit.

From the beautifully renovated courthouse to the surrounding shops, restaurants, museums, opera house and music revue, the Ganbury Town Square is one of the most beautiful and bustling town centers in Texas. You can spend several hours or all day enjoying the sights, sounds, and food. Definitely worth a weekend!

We enjoyed the atmosphere and variety of shops around the square. It is a cute town, with more good shops and restaurants just off the square, as well.

Granbury is my home town, and my family for several generations have lived here. The square is a great place to explore with various restaurants, galleries, boutique stores, live music, and interesting history. The Old Jail Museum is one of my favorites, although small, it portrays an interesting history of the criminal justice system in this historic town.

The courthouse has been well maintained, and the square is laid out in a way that it is likely you will be able to park within close walking distance of all the action. While there is some duplication among the shops, there is enough variety for everybody and prices are reasonable. There are several REALLY good places to eat on/around... More

Lots of new additions to the Square here in Granbury. From the re-opening of the Granbury Opera, to a couple of newly developed restaurants, there's a good deal to explore...always entertaining!!!
