Granbury makes the most of its courthouse square. There are lots of quaint shops, and there's a festival or activity nearly every weekend. Despite the low water level in Lake Granbury, there's still plenty to do - it's well worth the trip from DFW.

Relaxation for us included strolling the square and stepping in each of the shops on the square. This is a great place to find gifts for family, friends, or yourself. Friendliness is also a priority. Several food options are available as well.

I just love this little town square! A surprising number of places to eat or have a snack, as well as the cutest shops you will find anywhere. Come for the day and spend time browsing all the stores and have lunch or dinner. A fun day out for a girls day out or church group. There is free parking... More

Had another great visit to Granbury. Go the 2nd Saturday of the month and enjoy "Girls Night Out" festivities. Snacks at most stores while u shop and enjoy special discounts. Can't wait to go back in April with my sisters in law.

We really enjoyed shopping at all the cute little stores around the square. There were plenty of benches around for weary pregnant feet and tired husbands to rest.

Granbury Town Square is a great place to visit. There is free parking around the courthouse or if that is full there are several other lots one or two streets over. There are numerous festivals in the square such as the Living Christmas Cards or the Texas Independence Day celebrations. There are several shops surround the square from boutiques to... More

There needs to be a restroom on all sides of the square - it's a hassle to find the one public restroom located behind the Opera House.

The historic Square is authentic. The buildings on the Square have historic designations. The interior of each of the stores feels like your stepping back in time because you really are - from the original doors and floors - each store is an absolute treat. Wonderful shops to visit, several places to dine or grab a bite to eat. An... More

We visited the Town Square area and really enjoyed the many unique shops as well as the Living Christmas Books around the Courthouse. The weather was crisp and it really felt like Christmas.
