Granbury Town Square seems to be a bit like most small towns. The shops seem to change out often and all seem to offer the same things. There isn't much to do there unless you are looking to window shop for a short while or looking for a place to grab a nice lunch. Parking is minimal and traffic is... More

Really nice downtown square. We were in Granbury for the Revolver Brewery. After enjoying the brewery (well worth the visit) we took a walk around the square. The air is so clear out there, the courthouse is beautiful, and the store selection is nice. Enjoyable!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the level of elegance in this historically restored old town square. There are numerous restaurants, shops, and 2 live theater venues.

We had an hour or so to stroll the square between lunch and our show at the Opera House. Several cute shops, appealing places to eat, and a beautiful courthouse.

Granbury town square is one of my favorite places to go. Includes multiple shops and boutiques as well as several well known and popular restaurants. The Opera House is newly renovated and is extraordinary. I have heard Granbury Live has terrific shows, too, although we haven't tried it yet. Also within a block or two of the square are B&Bs... This is a charming town square with old-town, down-home feel. Check out the historical buildings, great shops, diverse restaurants, and the opera house.

The square was very festive- themed christmas trees, christmas music was being played over the intercom throughout the square. Shops range from resale to hip and trendy. Eateries are sprinkled throughout as well as down the side streets of the square.

I visit and shop regularly as I live 15 miles away and have for 20 years. The stars are Opera House and Granbury Live (now Big City Music Revue) and attend about 6 times a year. Shops change over the years but are replaced with new and interesting stores. I visit Houston St Merchantile for quilting supplies, Pan Handle to... More

Many art shops, specialty clothing and gift shops, restaurants and coffee shops. All old buildings from at least 1800's. Ghost tour available. B&B in town. You will love spending a day strolling this picturesque town. Visit the Jail museum. We missed it, but would put it on our next visit.
