Two distinctly different layouts at Squaw Valley. One a traditional layout through the trees and lakes and streams. The other a links style with lots of undulation, and massive sloping greens. Both courses in great early spring shape. Would not like to walk either course on a regular basis. The price for green fee and cart were reasonable. Food was... More

We played the Lakes course yesterday. It's a well designed course that's in bad shape. Many fairways and some greens weedy. No sand in the sand traps, just pebbles. Dirty restrooms on the course, the odor knocks your socks off. No real bag drop, grab a golf cart if you can. Range balls a joke. People in the pro shop... More

Played the Links course. It looks like a links style course minus the presence of a large body of water. The mounds and rolling terrain puts a premium on hitting the fairway otherwise you will have a number of awkward stances on your second shot. Greens were receptive to good shots and the undulations made reading them challenging. Can't wait... More

A neighbor heard about the courses at Squaw Valley and 4 couples made the short trek up from Georgetown. Two great courses in fabulous shape. The greens on the links are a little tricked up with some pin locations on the edges of step ridges but it made you think. I am sure we will be back and the ladies... More

Clubhouse get 1.5 Stars @ best ... but both Courses are great tracks. Variety of Holes; in glen Rose where there are plenty dope lodging & dining options, but also convenient to Granbury with MANY more options.

One of the best kept courses around. The rolling berms of the course look neat and offer a little different play. Supposedly more like a traditional Scottish course.

Excellent Course. Very nice. There are two courses. Lakes and Links. We played the Links. Very nice, very well maintained. I would recommend calling a few days in advance to make sure you get the tee time you want. we were a twosome and ended up playing with another twosome to get an early morning tee time. On Saturday, both... More

You may play the Lakes or Links course. Each course has it's own style. This is a very fun place to play golf. You will enjoy either course. The prices are very reasonable and the people very friendly. Give it a try!

We took a later tee time and really enjoyed ourselves. We are recreational golfers and we were able to take our time and enjoy the game. The course was beautiful!
