Obviously they can't have real dinosaurs but walking around a incredibility hot path (110° July) looking at fiberglass dinosaurs that don't move or really have any information about each dino. It doesn't tell you scale or locations... The entire park is about getting you spend more. Don't buy tickets online, it is cheaper to buy them there.

I had about dismissed this attraction based on some of the reviews I found here, but I am sooo glad my girl decided she just had to go because we had a great time! I have a 4 yard old and we had just visited the Dinosaur Valley State park and seen the tracks. However, this park is much more... More

Lots of walking, but all paved and able to bring your own picnic with covered picnic tables. Educational, but fun for the kids. The panning for gems was definitely the highlight. Cracking a geode was cool but go for medium size. The large ones weren't worth the extra money.

This is a good place to take kids to learn about dinosaurs. There are alot of life size dinos alot the walking trail with a big koi pond in the middle, its very hot though so i would recommend going during cooler hours of the day. Theres a playground and museum with animatronic dinosaurs, this was pretty cool.

The entrance fee is a little steep, but you do have a 30-45 minute walk thru the park with life size dinosaurs along the trail which makes it look like they are roaming. There is a small museum with animated dinosaurs and a fossil dig for the kids. If you go before noon on Sunday, you get $3 off per... More

A park filled with dinosaurs (lots of them) that look like something from an amusement park. We went in with an attitude that the dinosaurs would be a bit hokey and that we would get some comical photos so the stop worked out great for us. Go and bring your camera - don't take it too serious. The dinosaurs each... More

My 10 year old and I came from Dallas for a little adventure, and we found it at Dinosaur World! The realistic displays of a wide variety of dinosaurs was very interesting, and we appreciated the information presented in front of each display. The park was just the right size, especially for walking in the heat of the day, and... More

What a fantastic place! We visited on Father's Day,so my husband got in for free. The tickets for the kids and grown ups alike were very affordable. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly staff upon arrival. We got a quick info on what to do, what time are different activities like digging for fossils, as well as visiting hours... More

We visited Dinosaur World a couple of days ago, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Glen Rose. Unfortunately, due to the amount of rainfall we have had lately, we could not see the actual dinosaur tracks at the state park. We had planned to go to Dinosaur World all along, so we went there first.... More
