We drove to Galveston from Houston after I called a week in advance to make a reservation to make my daughter's dream come true. They never returned the call so when we arrived I went to the address on the posting and it is not a physical facility but where they graze the horses. There just happened to be a... More

Very hard to get ahold of and not easy to find. We made reservations for two people and they "left to get grain." It could've been an awesome experience, but due to poor management, were not able to ride. We tried two separate days to make reservations; they backed out on us both days.

Getting there was very aggravating since the address on this site is where they station their horses. The actual place is about a mile, on the left pass the San Luis Pass toll bridge which is $2 going and $2 coming back. To reserve the phone call takes you to voice mail so just keep calling until you get a... More

I called a month in advance thinking that they'd book up quickly as they are the #1 activity in Galveston. The guy seemed to think I was crazy for calling so early and took my reservation but told me to call again the week before and remind them. I called a week before and nobody answered and the mailbox was... More

Our group had a good time once we found it. The location info on the web site is wrong. It took two phone calls and an extra 20 minutes to find. I highly recommend calling for detailed directions before driving.

I called over a week in advance to reserve four riders. I had family in town from SA and the kids were excited to be riding. Whoever I spoke to, they did not bother to give a name, did not take my name when I made reservation rather I was lackadaisically told it would be under my phone number. We... More

Horses a little sad, but trail boss excellent, very helpful. The granddaughter and we had a fun ride. It was a little hard to find-- no sign on Seawall, that we could find.

We were really looking forward to this. We had some trouble getting in touch with SnG to set up a time to ride their horses. (It took 4 days of messages, finally a callback on the forth day.) When they called back, we scheduled a ride for our family for the next day. We were given directions to a meeting... More

This review is a little late seeing how I went on 04/30/2014 for my birthday, but I wanted to do it while it was still on my mind. I'd been wanting to try this since last year but something happened so I reminded my reluctant mom and sister that it would be happening in 2014! And it did! And it... More

Was surprised to find the S-n-G horseback riding attraction as number one in Galveston and decided to check it out. Was a bit surprised at the lack of information regarding the times and rides provided at the website as well as at the informal pre-recorded greeting on the phone. Took some time to find the correct spot in the west... More
