Our group took over the rodeo. Yippee. These cowboys sure know how to handle a horse and the horses are very well trained. Got a picture of a "flying bull" - they sure can jump when being rode. Not as fond of the calf roping though.

We went to the rodeo because we had family visiting for a family reunion (30 people attending the rodeo). The rodeo gave us $2 off each adult price ticket, but would not discount the kids. Nor would they give a military discount for active military. Even though the tickets have seat numbers and sections, it is all self seating. The... More

I have just returned from the USA where most of my time was spent driving around Texas. Fort Worth I found to be a very friendly place with very welcoming people. The stockyards (touristy) is a must do if you visit Fort Worth. I mixed with the locals who I found to be very helpful and genuinely interested to talk... More

I did the Pawnee Bill show an historical offshoot of the Buffalo Bill Cody show. At first I balked about the price (15 dollars), but glad I went ahead and did this. These people are so skilled at what they do and are keeping a piece of history alive. The program, with a brief intermission takes about an hour. They... More

This is a great show for the whole family to enjoy. I've been here a few times and the atmosphere is great and even the kids can participate in the fun.

Every time we go to Dallas we have to make a day trip to Fort Worth and the Stockyard District. Plenty to see, after the Rodeo. The Rodeo is okay, entertaining but a little on the small side. Afterwards the Stockyards offer great food, shopping or catch the train. Don't forget to check out the Museum, It's worth a visit.

Great little rodeo for those that havent been to a small town rodeso. They cover most events and its is a smaller more family type atmosphere. A must see for the City Slicker

Stockyard Rodeo in Cowtown USA should be the Elite in my mind. This saying it was far from that. I have been to Rodeo across the country and this one is fading fast. Two bull riders neither lasted 3 seconds. Speaker system left Announcer speaking garble all night. We never knew the names or places where Cowboy or Cowgirl's were... More
