Great captivity of animals and scenarios. This 3-4 hour exhibit makes your feel you left the real world and entered a new one. The animals are healthy and active and you have access to a train or you can walk. The food isn't good and other than the sno cones there I would suggest bringing your own food and drinks.... More

If you like zoos. You will love this one. It is not the largest zoo, but is well designed and has a good array of wildlife to view. Very good place to take kids who need to walk and burn some energy.

Enjoyed visiting this zoo with my family. Two boys ages 9 and 14 as well as grandparents. Very clean and friendly staff. Animals are close for viewing and the areas that contain them are very clean.

This is probably one of the best zoos I have ever visited. I have been to different zoos overseas and in the US. I really like how clean, organized the grounds was. The animals were easy to view at different angles and their habitats were like in natural setting. All the animals looked well cared for and were active. The... More

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the grounds, and the friendliness of the staff. One of our favorite exhibits was the free range birds. We had never been able to get right next to huge exotic birds with out glass or a cage between us. We probably spent 20 minute carrying on a "conversation" with a beautiful bird... More

This zoo includes a great variety of traditional members of the animal kingdom (lions, tigers & bears) and more. Don't miss the two baby elephants, they're a joy to watch. There's an entire section that focuses on Texas critters and there's a bit of old Texas western history too. The animals must enjoy the many natural habitats and visitors find the... More

We love taking the kids to the Fort Worth Zoo at least once a year. If you can deal with the heat it's well worth the money.

A fun way to spend the day. Lots of healthy animals. Saw the alligator feeding session. Decent amount of food options, picnic areas also available.

I love a coupon even if small because I have a family of 4. Coupons are good for arts and education visits, but I didn't find one even with my banks:( Slightly Pricey. This is still a nice zoo! I enjoyed the setting. The animals seem clean and their areas are kept neat. Entrance and exit was stress free. The... More
