We have been going to the casino since it was a tiny building full of smoke. Now it is a huge and beautiful casino and it does not smell too much like smoke. I like this casino because it is only 5 hours away from home and it is outside of the small town of Eagle Pass. Now they have... More

I stayed at this casino last night and we had a pretty good time. The room was comfortable, nicer than what I would expect to see in Eagle Pass. If you're going to drink while you gamble I highly recommend staying at the casinos hotel because all of the other lodging options are about 10 minutes away. The room was... More

Well another trip that I've taken to the Casino by the wife and I seemed ok. The people that come to the casino and smoke ,especially the ones sitting next to you have no respect. They inhale their toxic smoke and blow it towards non smoking players...hey people quit being rude, turn the other way and blow the smoke out... More

We had a really great time, and I even won some money. They have so many slot machines.... We ate at the Sage Steakhouse, which was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only minor thing iI can complain about Is, the drink service is slow. We had so much fun, and... More

Booked a king suit on Hotel.com. Pictured showed two separate rooms, a living room and a separate bed room. After going back 3 times I was finally given the room I booked. I was told that those rooms are not available to outside booking agents. When I showed them the picture they told me it was wrong and king suits... More

We had a great time together, but I've been to so many different casinos, that this one just cannot quite measure up. Decent building and hotel lobby(stayed offsite). Thousands of slot machines, which overall felt pretty tight. Only table game offered is poker. They were spreading 1-2NL, 2/5NL, and a couple Limit games. They kept saying they were short staffed,... I read a lot of reviews before going, which made me nervous because I liked the idea that it wasn't that far from San Antonio and I got a great deal on a hotel. Well, We were pleasantly surprised.. The staff wasn't at all rude, like a lot of the reviews stated. We didn't loose any money, as a matter... More

My mother-in-law was turning 75 and she really wanted to go to Vegas for her birthday - but with a recent surgery - that was not a possible trip at this time. So - we decided to take the short two hour drive to Eagle Pass to try out the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino. My husband had been years ago... More

Rude staff. Tight machines. At least when I spend thousands of dollars I would like a little play time.

Wow, almost every single employee at this facility were extremely rude! From the bartenders to the food service. Some ignored us, just a wave of the hand, not friendly at all. The worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. We gambled a few hundred dollars and we didn't even have enough points for a t-shirt. Also, drinks are NOT... More
