We are a family-owned business located in Dripping Springs, TX committed to supplying the highest quality olive oil produced in the United States. Our certified organic olive orchard features a Tuscan-inspired mill house, a state-of-the-art Italian olive press and a large tasting room.

We sell four different types of Extra Virgin Olive Oil as well as traditional and fruit-infused balsamic vinegar. Buy the products individually or mix and match several products in a wooden gift box. Olive tree adoption is available and allows you to customize your labels to enjoy your private brand of olive oil all year long! Looking for an amazing place to have an event? We offer complete event planning for any occasion.

We taste our olive and balsamic oils in addition to over 37 wines. The best part is we change out some of the wines weekly so that you can try wines from all over Texas. We encourage people to come out and find a nice quite spot to enjoy the beautiful orchard and hill country views!

A beautiful new building housing a relatively new enterprise. Basically a family owned and operated business of growing several varieties of olive trees, hand harvesting the olives and processing into olive oil. The tour is interesting but not much actual work being done unless you go in October or November. The sampling room offers the six different blends offered by... More

Very cute place. Just expected a little more variations of Olive oil and balsamic vinegar. What we tasted was average. Looked to be very family friendly.

We arrived too late for an orchard tour, but we had a great time in the tasting room. They had a collection of 6 flavors of olive oil (three were made from different olives, and three were infused), and 8 or so balsamic vinegar. My husband was quite taken by blending the jalapeno olive oil with pineapple infused balsamic vinegar.... More

Great staff and great location. I was really surprised with all the great flavors of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The balsamic was so good you could actually sip it. The only problem we had was deciding what flavors to buy.

Located in a beautiful area in the Texas Hills this place was worth a visit. The girl behind the bar gave us quite a bit of great information about the different types of olive oils and vinegars. They had little cups to taste them all and small pieces of bread to dip. They had a huge variety of both along... More

Olive Company is delightful day trip to olive press in the hill country, with a nice gift shop of artisanal products made in Texas.

We had a great tour here when we had friends in town. I had no idea how olive trees/bushes grew and how you created Olive Oil. Fun thing to do if you find yourself in the area!

The staff William and Maddie were super friendly and very knowledgable of the products being offered. Thomas the chef was great as we ordered the bruschetta and the eat and cheese plate. We also got the Pineapple Sangria and of course bought a couple bottles of olive oil to take home with us!!

We stopped here for a quick break after going to the state park. We had really great sangria and the meat and cheese platter was amazing. Nice break from the tacos/bbq
