We stopped here on a recommendation, and are so glad we did. The variety of olive oils made delicious, and the gelato with blackberry or cherry balsamic vinegar was so delicious we could not believe how good it tasted! It is a must see and you have to try it. Great place!!!!

We absolutely fell in love with all the balsamic vinegar as they were so wonderful. We also had to gelato that was to die for. The cheese plates were absolutely most delectable they had an apricot cheese that was probably the most scrumptious skeetstatic cheese I've had in my life. The ambience was so beautiful and all of our friends... More

Very nice and different spot to visit just north of Dripping Springs, TX. The staff was very helpful and informative. There are several types of oil and vinegar to try. Wine tastings are also available.

Very nice place to visit. You can sample a variety of olive oils (6) and balsamic vinegars. They have a nice selection of flavors. This place is pricey... A bottle of flavored balsamic (so good) is $18 for a 250 ml. The olive oil is not cheap either. We thought they would have olives to taste or purchase and they... More

Our family made an afternoon stop to taste olive oils and balsamic vinegars the whole family could enjoy. We'd see their products at the farmer's market and our local CSA farm store. The suggestions made by the staff for mixing the olive oil and balsamic were quite interesting- and tasty! We were surprised that we could do a wine taste... More

My wife and I stopped by this olive oil store on our way from San Antonio to Austin. They had a nice selection of olive oils and balsamic vinegars but all where on the pricey side. Even though they offer unlimited free samples, we left without purchasing anything. My wife found another store in Austin on 2nd street that she... More

First of all, thanks for stopping by, Mike! Just to clarify -- our prices are based on the care and high-quality ingredients that go into them, but I'm bummed you didn't get a chance to take some home with you! Hope you and your wife will be back for another tasting soon! Take care, Cara, Owner More

We were pleasantly greeted and their process was explained as to what set them apart from other olive oil producers. There were several tasting stations around the immaculate facility that included several California blends to compare. They also offer a variety of wines and flavored vinigars.

I always stop in and pick up a flavor or two. This trip, lemon infused olive oil, lemon infused white balsamic vinegar and a jar of feta stuffed olives. I see a great salad in my future!
