Went to medieval times last night and had a horrible time. I was standing up cheering for my knight when someone came by and asked me to sit down cause I was standing up in front of their kid. Turns out I was standing in front of no kids but a bunch of snooty adults. So I walked out and... More

This was my second time here, and the last time was 10 years ago so I really didn't remember much about this place. I bought 2 Groupons so I felt like I got a pretty good deal. They have a lot of neat things in the Gift Shop. The show was pretty interesting too. I just wish they had more... More

My family of two adults and one 9 year old child had an awesome time at the Medieval Times. We arrived close to door opening time and had to wait for a short time in the line to enter the building. We attempted to order our tickets online, but after difficulty, just called and ordered them on the phone earlier... More

I didn't like being held in a gift shop for an hour. We bought a Amour set and the face shield/ helmet was to small for my eight year old son. Management in the gift shop completely blew us off and was unwilling to work with us on an exchange customer service needs work in the gift shop 😒 Seattle,... More

After purchasing general admission tickets from Groupon app. I easily upgraded them to royalty passes at Medieval Times customer service at a big discount from normal pricing. Had a fabulous experience at the show. I highly recommend this for children & grown ups also. It is definitely fun for all.

For my husband and I we had gone to Medieval Times as a high school trip. Fast forward 10-ish years and I bought tickets from ITT for Jeff's 30th birthday. We have two kids 4, 7 who had a blast for their first time. The place was pretty easy to get to even though it's amongst the congestion of Dallas... More

We took our kids (3rd and 5th grade) to Dallas for spring break. We were able to find coupons for Medieval Times Dinner online making the rate a little more affordable. Everyone we encountered was nice and the kids absolutely LOVED the the show. Somehow I didn't realize there wouldn't be utensils until we were served soup and there was... More

The 5:00 show today, Saturday, March 29, 2014 was great. We had 21 people in our party. Evelyn did a super job serving all of us and catering to our frequent requests.

We had never been to a medieval times and wanted to try it. I had been to Dixie Stampede before and was not impressed with the food so my expectations were low. Boy was I wrong. First go online or get local attractions books from the hotel to find deals, there always seem to be. We got a deal online... More

Disclaimer: We've been to Dixie Stampede in Branson 3-4 times. DS is MUCH better. But, if you've never been to DS or any show like this, then disregard my comparison. ADVICE: Don't get there early. We were told to get there early and stood in the large market/gift shop for 75 minutes with nothing to do except watch those who... More
