I LEARNED THE HARD WAY: When purchasing a ticket and paying EXYTRA for the NO CHANGE CHARGE...KNOW that it is ALL that the money goes towards...a $200.00 change charge fee! I paid extra (I thought) to be able to change my ticket because my daughter is pregnant and wanted the ability to change the ticket if the baby came early... More

I've been to the AAC many times. I've sat first row during a Stars games, the highest row during a Drake concert, and even the American Airlines Suite box during a Mavs game. The stadium is really nice and modern. There is lots of parking available for anywhere between $10-20. The food and drinks are expensive but what stadium isn't?... More

We LOVED our tour of American Airlines Center. As a HUGE hockey family, this was a highlight of our week. Our tour guide (Ron) was FABULOUS. This tour has to be one of the best values in Dallas! If you are a basketball or hockey fan and you're in Dallas, do it!

Staff were very friendly and polite! Was my first time in such a large facility so I know I had the "deer in the headlights look" everyone was very helpful. We were in the platinum area the food was very good our server was great and I was surprised the cost was not outrages like I was expecting. Will definitely... More

First time watching a live sports event in the States and I can't speak highly enough about it. If you turn up at most football grounds at home with a different accent, automatically you're the enemy. Here nothing can be further from it as we were treated as if we'd been to every game this season. A fantastic facility, fabulous... More

Much as I hate to say it, this was my first time seeing the inside of American Airlines Center and it's been in Dallas for some time. We took my grandson to see "Disney on Ice".When the characters in Toy Story my grandson's nose was pressed against the glass. The only con I could think of, were the seat's where... More

Love this place, love the Mavs. More than reasonable for a sporting venue of professional sports. Very clean, reasonable prices for food and drink, lots of choices. Lots of places to buy merchandise, although it's getting expensive; try looking at outside venues for team merchandise. Staff are all friendly and very helpful.

Great location, victory park is right outside and it's so beautiful at night. They actually have a people playing the drums. The food there is good, quite pricy. But if you like basketball or if you're just in town visiting, it's worth the stop.

We sat in seats 40 E and F The two stewardesses that attended us were very rude and everyone around us could see that they had very bad attitudes. I will never fly AA if I have the choice if this is the type people they employ!!!

Bought tickets for a friend's birthday via Groupon. I thought they were going to be less than average seats, because of the great deal, but, was pleasantly surprised. Platinum club view to game was fabulous, but, as was previously mentioned, I don't think you could find a bad seat. Restrooms were clean and smelled nice. All the people working there... More
