This place is just FUN. The only downside is the bus taxis that do not run anymore. Hopefully the parking situation, along with the price, will improve.

All the personnel we had any interaction with was outstanding. We came up from Waco so had no idea were anything was. People were everywhere helping out. They would point you to the next person to help you and keep you moving toward your seats the whole time. We had seats that were of course on the complete opposite side... More

Loved having a bite to eat outside at the Old No 7 Club within the American Airlines Center before a Stars game. Was very nervous about the pitch of the stairs to our seats on the upper levels. Afraid if heights. It took me a good 10 minutes to get up the courage to get to my seat. Other than... More

Great seating setup for wrestling event. Not a bad view from any position in the stadium. Food pricing is a little expensive but expected at major events

$20 dollar parking (the cheapest parking we could find) on tickets that were already overpriced. Everything in and outside of this place is ridiculously overpriced. Will not go back.

Sat in section 326 first row and the view was great. Great event outside prior to the game. I didn't like that you could take beer to your seats but not mixed drinks. I do not see the difference as they are both alcohol. Went to buy a shot glass for my collection, found none in all the booths so... More

The American Airlines Center is a well-organized venue for large rock concerts. The video screens let the entire arena see the action on the stage. The crowd management was well-thought out.

The Crown Jewel of Victory Park. Not one bad seat in the house. I've been in seats from the floor to the ceiling (literally..the press box is basically above the scoreboard) and though I would prefer to be in floor seats all of the time, all of the seats have a good, unobstructed view. The 2 huge HD screens added... More
