This airline is a disgrace. It has the worst costumer service, and should be shut down. They lost our 5 luggage and we don't get any assistance, reply, response, or anything. They keep tossing us from one representative to another saying it's theirs to handle. I've never come across such a terrible costumer service. Absolute scandal.

was there for a match, food was ok and the staff was reasonably friendly enough. I dont understand why the person on the 2nd level wouldnt let us in even when we were holding drinks we bought at the first level.

Great stadium for my first American ice hockey game, and Dallas won which was an extra bonus. Great atmosphere and well worth the money.

We went there for the Dallas mav game. Before the game starts they actually start single leftover tickets. It's a great deal that $30 for the first level and $8 for the upper level. Be sure to check this out.

We flew to Hawaii from Dallas on August 22nd and I was disappointed with the service. First of all I would have never thought that on a flight that was7.5 hours that we would not be offered any food not even pretzels or peanuts. There were not even any menus on the plane advertising any food to be purchased. I... More

I loved this venue. It was clean, large, but easy to navigate. They had an excellent sound system and welcoming staff.

You would never know you are in a sports arena until you walk into the auditorium. It feels like a upscale hotel lobby. The seats are very comfortable, the acoustics are perfect and it is a wonderful multi-use facility.

I think, this place is for sport events more, it does not work so well for the concerts. Though we had a front view, it was hard to see the concert. It is too huge, too crowded to enjoy the performance. The parking fees are locos. You have to come by train.

Been here many times in the platinum club. They have great dinners prior to the games. When going to sporting events, there are nice large screens so you can see close up also.
