I just attended a convention at the Omni and Dallas Convention Center and it was a wonderful experience! Great facilities and very helpful people!!

While there are attempts to keep this convention center up to date it is beginning to show its age. Once though all the exhibitors get in place you tend to lose sight of the age. The place is very large so expect to walk a lot especially if you are going to a large event. Parking can be an issue...

Great facility. You are going to get your exercise here as this place is a monster. There is also very little parking around the center unless you want to pay $12/day. I stayed at the Aloft which is 0.5 miles away and not a bad walk at all.

This is one of the larger convention centers I have been to. You really need to do your homework before going. Parking is a definite issue, there are some paid parking lots for $12 per day, I would recommend finding hotel with shuttle for free. There are no restaurants nearby, but there is a cafe and starbucks onsite, you will...
