I had a spa day here as a birthday treat with my best friend. We started the day with brunch at Nobu and then headed downstairs for a relaxing day. The ladies in the waiting area (Mary and Marie) were extremely welcoming and helpful throughput the day with getting us to our various appointments and making sure we knew where... More

A friend and I decided to get a last minute massage. The front desk were more than a accommodating and professional. Once we entered the spa area every single person was polite and professional. Our massages were amazing and we left feeling like it was money well spent and extremely relaxed!!

Although the facilities are nice and one of the attendants I encountered, Mary, was very impressive, the 110 minute massage I had was AWFUL!! I had booked a Fusion massage, but it was changed to a Signature massage; the receptionist was rude and brushed me off when I questioned the change. The massage therapist, Gladys, initially had a cold and... More

This hotel has the worst out-dated spa in the world! generic products in the showers and unprofessional staff. for the price they charge, you can get 100% better service at the joules or the ritz! .... if you are going to relaxation - this is absolutely NOT the place. first and last time

After our 5th trip to the Crescent Spa, I was moved to write this review. My husband and I have visited many spas in Dallas, and we just keep going back to the Crescent Spa because it has it "all." Let me start by saying that the service is impeccable. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave,... More

beware when you go here. Try to not give them your card or cancel it right after I had days and months later showing little charges of $8 or $10 for several days and they will not answer your emails. Just an FYI.

I have been to this spa several times because of the excellent service. The ambiance, on the other hand... well, let's just say that it's a good thing that the service is impeccable. The spa itself is located down in the basement... way down in the basement, below the basement gym. So, I guess then the spa is in the... More

I love the Crescent Court. I've stayed in the hotel, dined and indulged here, but this was my first time in the spa. I would imagine, in it's newer years, it was very nice, but at present, it desperately needs renovating. It stays true to the hotel décor of marble and gold. The ladies lounge area was less than welcoming.... More

This was the best manicure and pedicure I've ever had at a spa. The results were beautiful and lasted a long time - hands, 3 -4 weeks and feet 6 weeks. The techs were not too friendly, but were professional. The changing room attendent was an increidbly honet person. She found the rings I accidently left in my bathrobe pocket... More

My husband bought me a gift card for a spa day at Spa at the Crescent. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. In the locker room, there are attendants who are there for your every need. They provide you with water, tea, and fresh fruit cups. Robes are nice and plush. I saw the fitness facilities, which looked... More
