After reading some reviews about birthday parties, I'd like to chime in. (warning, long and detailed.) I have to say first, to be fair, I have no idea which package the mother of the birthday child selected, but from the description online it seems like the basic package. The party was scheduled for 12 pm on an overcast day. The... More

We visited the park and were greeted by friendly faces. We bought a bag of feed and had so much fun feeding the animals. They have 5 little baby goats that were adorable, all the animals were friendly, and the kids enjoyed every minute. They have plenty for all ages. They have those giant outdoor games like chess, checkers and... More

I had my daughters Birthday Party here with the Basic Package..... When I called I was told decorations were going to be taken care of and that pizza and drinks were going to be provided for the kids with this package. There was a maximum of 10 kids and 20 adults. Each additional kid is $10. That was fine. When... More

We read your review and are disappointed that you were dissatisfied. The Basic Party ($185) which you requested includes admission for up to 10 children and 20 adults. This alone is a $180 value. In addition we provide the following: • Each table is set with table cloths • ½ dozen balloon bouquet • each child receives an 8 ounce... More

I took 4 of my younger grandchildren there. None of the employees would speak when spoken to and none even smiled at us. The petting zoo animals are kept in inhumane conditions. They have Insufficient room and shelter. We saw animals that were ill and witnessed a death. I understand that accidents happen, but this was avoidable. All the activities... More

We strongly disagree and take offense to the statements made as they are dishonest and opinion based. We believe our staff to be friendly and courteous. Also, we love and take great care of our animals and contrary to your opinion, we feel they have adequate shelter and sufficient room. No animals are ill. We have an elderly donkey, Fiona... More

A great unpretentious place to bring our 18 month old here in January had a good time he really enjoyed it. There are lots of friendly animals to pet. The cats are very friendly as are the llamas and goats. There are also other attractions like golf, climbing frames and little car for the kids to ride around. Will come... More

Especially in the fall when the pumpkins are out. Kids loved the petting zoo, kiddie cars, train and pony rides when they were little. Now they love the zip line! Plenty of shady benches for parents, too.

My family has visited and volunteered at several events at 7 Acre Wood. The owners and their staff are wonderful people who enjoy their job and helping people. Also, we have found that their prices are cheaper in comparison to most amusement/theme parks. Thank you 7 Acre Wood for always making our experience fun and refreshing!! We love you guys.

I scheduled my child's birthday with many promises from the staff. The birthday included pizza, drinks, and decorations. We were also told we would have help decorating and that hey would even provide helium. We arrived 30 minutes prior to find a cheap plastic single color table cloth and about 5 plain balloons on sticks. We were told they had... More

Thank you, Rob for taking the time to write such a detailed review however, it’s a little inaccurate. Therefore, I want to correct and clarify some of the points made. Help to decorate was offered twice and was denied twice. This may have been due to the upset felt over the helium and perhaps, the cause of this review. Because... More

We visited here last weekend on Saturday morning for about two and a half hours. We arrived not long after opening and the parking lot was already about half full, but inside it didn't seem as if there were many people really, as the activities are spread out. This is definitely a place geared towards young children. It was perfect... More

Very bad, redneck heaven. Sucks. Like they didn't try hard to it together. Tourist trap. Workers act like they do not want to be there. Run down, gross. Very sad attempt at trying to make something good.
