This was our first Rodeo, It was Christmas week, and very very cold. the Tejas Rodeo company was on break, But there was another Rodeo there, ilt was an experience, fun and very enlightening. The Rodeo company is in a secluded area, set up like a western town, the day we were there it came with lots of mud, so... More

We arrived at 5PM with the plan of having dinner at the restaurant and then attending the rodeo at 7:30. Unfortunately, we did not have reservations for dinner and they were full until 8:15 but we were able to get a seat at the bar and have dinner there. Even though the parking lot was empty when we first arrived... More

Family oriented, rodeo had a little bit of everything for the whole family, great food, live music. First time my daughter ever rode a sheep or tried to catch calves to remove the ribbon from their tails.

Just outside of San Antonio, this rodeo has good food and fun all at a really great price. Young kids can even participate in a few of the activities. Because it is a small venue, every seat has a pretty good view. There was even dancing afterwards...and a mechanical bull for the more adventurous. Dress is mostly casual, lots of... More

Brilliant place!! Suitable for all ages. The food in the resturant is fantastic. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The Rodeo itself is just fantastic, one of the best experiences of my life, the effort that everybody involved puts in is amazing. I loved everything about this place.!!

Tejas is Texas. In one location, wonderful food, rodeo entertainment with, my favorite, mutton-busting where children compete for a belt buckle by staying on a sheep for 8-seconds. After the rodeo, there's live music and dancing. It's a little out of the way, but well worth the drive. Check it out, partner.

Found this little gem from a brochure at the hotel and we were not disappointed. Great night well worth the trip. Food was vey good, very hospitable, rodeo was tons of fun. We felt like true texans being there. This isn't a tourist trap, it's authentic rodeo. Band and dancing after the rodeo, family friendly, wear your cowboy hat and... More

We drove up from downtown San Antonio. This was our first rodeo experience. It wasn't all that expensive to get in. The beer was fairly cheep. The order riders were fun to watch, especially "Mutton busting", little Kidd trying to stay on sheep. Great fun. The food was average and the counter workers seemed clueless. However, you are there for... More

We visited Stockyards in Dallas last year and had the best time at the rodeo so thought we'd visit another whilst in San Antonio and this was even better! It was a fun experience from start to finish - we sat at a little spit and sawdust bar with horses tail stools before the rodeo, we chose our own seats... More
