This historical building is located on the corner across from the town square or plaza on Main St. and has been the location for various businesses over the years, the last one being a library. It now has a coffee bar that would rival Starbucks, great pastries, limited lunch menu and wine. The other end of the building houses a... More

The Dienger Building is sort of a Boerne landmark. It's a very old structure that I think started out as a general store in the 1800s then was used as the city library and now has been nicely repurposed as a dining and retail area. Lots of parking which is a plus in downtown Boerne. I met friends here for... More

Not only a fine restaurant, but they also offer women's and men's clothing and a great way to experience the charming history of this landmark. The building was recently completely renovated to become a choice spot for lunch in downtown Boerne.

The Dienger Building was immaculately restored to its former glory and is a great place to meet for breakfast or lunch in Boerne. The coffee is superb. Be sure to check out the attached boutique for some very unique items.

A friend took me here this past week to try out the new restaurant. The building is beautiful! The old library must've been one pretty place to perch and peruse written pages. It's now an eclectic mix of old warehouse meets museum feel. The owners did a great job on converting the building to a casual, upscale eatery. The food... More

I love that the Dienger has been restored to something close to the original purpose of a merchantile. The cafe was previously called Dough Ray Me when it was located farther up Main Street. The cafe offers are limited, but all are good. I really wish they would stay open until 9:00 at night.

I was in town on business and stopped in. The food was excellent. Still working out a few kinks that any new spot must work out, but an excellent dining addition in Boerne.

The old library got a major face lift.... This building is now an attractive retail store & restaurant. The decor and product lines are top notch, unique for Boerne. While not a full service restaurant they have an enthusiastic staff that will make you gourmet beverages , soups, salads, and sandwiches. The food wAs inconsistent on my first visit, need... More
