The location was great for tubing. All places take you up to the park boundary and end at the tubing location. Cowboy Tubin' was at the perfect spot where you get to go through all the fun parts without being stuck in the slow part of the river longer than you needed to be. Price was great, and everyone was... More

From the time our group walked in the door till the time we returned our tubes the people working Cowboy Tubing were awesome. Everyone was so courteous and nice to us we almost did not know what to do. The river was perfect and the water very refreshing. An older gentlemen provided us some entertainment in the way of story... More

Place was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Different size tubes for various sized people. The van took you a couple miles down the road and dropped you off with some instructions about staying to the left in the rapids, looking for the rope swing, and what to do if stuck. what everyone failed to mention was that the water... My new husband and I went down the river in the tubes and we had a blast. The rocks were sometimes difficult to move around but that just made us laugh at each other harder when we got stuck. The river moves at a great pace and the water is gorgeous and clear. Plus you couldn't beat the price. The... More

We had a group of 11 with ages ranging from 7 to 55. Everyone had a blast and except for one who did not listen to the friendly advice about removing glasses nd he lost his brand new pair. This is for any tubing experience: My one advice secure glasses and don't risk anything else. You don't need any experience... More

My family went tubing in the Smokies and we were originally going to use another company until we read the reviews on tripadvisor. We went to Cowboys because of the clean changing room comments and it was no lie. This is a very friendly mom and pop shop, with super clean changing facilities. We will definitely return the Cowboys when... More

There are several companies to choose from for tubing in Townsend. We chose Cowboy because of TA reviews. The lady at the front desk was trying to be nice, but was a little overwhelmed. There are nice restrooms and changing rooms on site. They supplied life jackets for the kiddos, ages 4, 7, and 10. Our shuttle driver was "cowboy"... More

For $9 a person they take you for a 5 minute shuttle and drop you off to the river. it was a little shallow an we got stuck in the rocks sometimes but that actually brought a lot of laughter to the trip. You go thought th first little... More
