We go tubing here every year. And every year they make improvements. It's very organized. We all had a great time.

This review is for the more rapid leg: The staff was very pleasant and educational. They provide shuttles, life jacket (if wanted/ for kids), two types of tubes, and certain items are available for purchase (water shoes, t-shirts, etc). The price is reasonable, but prices listed don't include taxes. The tubes themselves are very high quality, well inflated, and large,... More

Very well organized.. We've done the other cheaper tubing companies and river rat had more employees, better organized, better tubes, etc. Well worth paying the extra 4 bucks.

We bought a package that included unlimited trips tubing, as well as 1 trip whitewater rafting down the Little Pigeon River. Great deal & the best part of it was that you didn't have to do both on the same day. So we took a couple trips tubing, because the path splits off at one point so you have a couple... More

What a fun day on the rapid river! Good price for tubbing! Safe and easy for all ages. The employees were not interested in anything other then collecting your money, didn't want to really answer any simple questions. They were acting as if they were herding cattle, not friendly at all. Thankfully you only see them when you get your... More

Our family enjoyed the float down the river. Water conditions seemed perfect for the day. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Our children enjoyed it so much we did a second float again (since it was free the 2nd time. It was a little pricey at $15 a person so we would not have purchased another trip). I would warn... Our experience with Smoky Mountain River Rat tubing was a blast for our entire family! The river was easy to access, right next to the store. The river was cold and clear and just beautiful. Our family of 10 floated for 2 relaxing hours down the river. There were areas you could stop and swim or swing and jump off... More

Costed 50 dollars for a boring 2 hour ride, not worth it at all. It costs more than advertised, and the ride was not really that great.

We had a great time (family ages 72 to 7 years of age). We went down the river twice, the first time was sunny, the last time it was raining but still a fun time. I personal like going down the river in the lite rain. The employees was very helpful at the end of the ride, helping us out... More
