We were visiting Asheville. It's our favorite place to go but wanted to do something different and our daughter love llamas so we found Steve and all his cute llamas. I was with Tayle. My daughter was with Peanut butter and my Husband had Gen Jackson. They were all very good boys. Steve was a great guide. We had a... More

I highly recommend taking a llama trek. It is one of the most unique activities that I have ever done. The setting is beautiful, the llamas are very cute, and Steve is one of the most inspiring human beings you'll ever meet.

My boyfriend and I visited Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge TN in July 2014. We were looking for something fun to do that was a little off the beaten path from all the touristy stuff going on in the towns. I was so glad we ended up booking this. Steve was really nice and let us meet with the llamas before getting started.... More

I thoroughly enjoyed Steve and his lamas. He is a personable, hardworking man with well-behaved animals. There isn't much to compare this experience to, save for another llama hike I have been on. Having a tour guide lead you through the scenic Tennessee wilderness with tales of the moonshine outlaws, leading a llama up the trail like your dog, the... More

My husband and I keep smiling when we think about the wonderful day we had llama trekking to Buckeye Ridge. The llamas are so adorable and well behaved. Steve the owner and guide is a wonderful person who goes out of his way to make the trekking day a lifetime memory. He is a great storyteller and so kind. You... More

We had a fun trip with BlackJack, Peanut Butter and of course the host Steve. The llamas and alpaca where very cool and very loving. This was a unique fun adventure. Will go on a longer trek next time.

We found Smoky Mt Llamas on the internet and booked the Creek Hollow hike. It is the 2-hr hike located at the Fox Fire Zip lines facility. Fox Fire is located maybe 20-25 mins from Pidgeon Forge. Fox Fire was absolutely beautiful...clean and everything was well maintained. Our hiking party included my wife, 7 yr old daughter, and me. Upon... More

Took my 9 yr old granddaughter for a farm visit and llama trek with Steve at his home base near Cosby TN. This is NOT the Sevierville location. It is difficult to find but worth the effort. Steve and his llamas obviously have a connection and the llamas understand what is expected of them, Steve is very gentle with the... More

We took our adult children on this Tennessee excursion in the middle of the smokies and the only complaint is that the roads are truly backhills... twistyand full of narrow turns but breathtaking views! Steve is a wonderfully down to earth host who was very kind and full of awesome stories! His farm is very simple, but beautiful llamas are... More
