We had an absolute blast visiting with Steve and his llamas. Simply put, these animals are happy and very well cared for by a great guy and his family! Steve was a gracious host and made our visit amazing. Keep in mind, you are visiting a LLAMA RANCH, it's muddy, dirty, etc. it's NOT Disney land, so if you insist... More

My daughter LOVES llamas...experience did not disappoint. We took the trail that left from Foxfire Mountain. Llamas are very mild mannered with no odor. They love to snack as they walk so you definitely need to take the lead. Stopped at beautiful waterfall for lunch and crossed a very cool swinging bridge. Steve was very personable and loved to chat.... More

This was our second trek with Steve and his llama team and once again we had a blast! We love the trek to Max Patch because of the wonderful views plus the opportunity to have lunch and visit with each other. Steve is such a personable guy who is so easy to talk to. The llamas were awesome; JJ, General... More

We had a very nice hike here with some well-mannered llamas and Steve, the owner and guide. We took the one hour trek which was perfect for our family. He was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained with his stories. We got to trek with Taylee, Peanut Butter, JJ Bird, and General Jackson. Very easy to hike with these guys,... More

For our vacation, we each got to pick one activity and I chose to hike with llamas with my teen son and his two friends. They weren't as excited about it as I was but we all had an awesome time. We arrived early so Steve allowed the boys to help him get the llamas harnessed and ready for the... More

This was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed our Llama trek /Buckeye Ridge. The "grassy summit" with the 360 degree view of the mountains was truly a reward. The Llama's were sweet and well behaved. We enjoyed Steve's knowledge of the area plants and fauna and of the Llama's. It was a great way to connect with nature as a family.... More

My 12 year old daughter saw a sign and just had to pet a Llama. We showed up with no notice and they rolled out the red carpet.

We planned our visit to the farm because our 11 yr old loves llamas, but the rest of us weren't too excited. Well.......we all ended up loving all the llamas and had a blast on our one hour trek. The owner/guide is a lot of fun and kept us entertained the entire trip. I recommend this activity to get your... More
