My boyfriend and I came here while we were vacationing in Gatlinburg . We came and meet all the llamas and listened to stories about them and learned about their behaviors and characteristics. We got to choice which ones we wanted to take on the hike with us. I chose Peanut Butter the Alpaca and My friend chose Taylee. The... More

Wanted to try something different while still being able to take a hike and enjoy the scenic beauty of being in the mountains. Hiking with the Llams & Alpaca was such and enjoyable event. Steve the guide is very personable, kind, and down to earth. Just a nice walk in the woods. And was nice doing something different for a... More

If you love animals and nature, this is a great excursion. The llamas each had their own personality and bit of uniqueness. They were very gentle creatures - my 8 year old had no problems! I would highly recommend a hike with the llamas if you're looking for something a little different. Steve - the owner - was very pleasant... More

We just returned from spring break in Gatlinburg, and thoroughly enjoyed our llama trek! The llamas were so sweet...no smells (absolutely NO smells!), very friendly, and easy to walk with on our beautiful mountain hike. We were with a smallish group of about 9 people, and everyone had a llama (or an alpaca) to walk along with and get to... More

My teenage son and I saw this on TripAdvisor and chose to skip ATV rides, ziplining, etc. for it. Even though it rained on us almost the entire hike, we wouldn't have missed it for the world! Whether you're in the area for the outdoors or taking advantage of all the tourist stuff in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, you have... More

My family of 7 ranges from 2 to 68 years old went hiking with our guide and owner, Steve. I booked the Padgett Mill Trek extended (2 hr trek). My family are not hikers at all especially my 68-year-old mom. Yet we had a great time. The fun part was that each of us got to pick out our own... More

Went on a hike art Creek Hollow with Steve, Blackjack, Peanut Butter and Little Blackfoot on Monday, March 23, 2015. It was me, my husband and my 10 year old son. We absolutely loved it and hope to do a different hike with them in the future. If you are looking for a unique hiking experience, this is it. The... More

Family (parents and 3 boys aged 18,15,10) vacation to Tennessee in February (I know, it took a long time to write this review), looking for something out of the ordinary for us to experience. We live in South Florida and are originally from NY so something city-based was off the table. First thought about horse back riding but when I... More

Me and my boyfriend had the privilege of meeting this nice family and their sweet herd this past weekend! We did not have time to hike a trek this visit, but after such a great experience learning about the treks and interacting with these sweet animals during a farm visit, we definitely will be back for a hike! This farm... More

I'm so happy we didn't cancel ... the weather didn't look good - cold and rainy on Dec 30, 2014. Steve our guide was very friendly and accommodating. His llamas are full of personality and are very well behaved. Steve is a great story teller. We wrote and hung our wishes at the covered wishing well - mine is strapped... More
