Took a group of students on a field trip. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great trip for students!

First time i visited this place it was absolutely worth every dime! The owners there are very welcoming and friendly if you had a question they are on top of it and ready to answer any questions you have! The animals are amazing, they all had lots of room in their cages and they are very clean and well taken... More

We went 9/3/14 because had one free ticket just had to purchase one. Not worth full price. The lemurs were the best. Hit and stinky, but if course a zoo. Needs a makeover.

I didn't know what to expect but was blown away by the variety of animals, birds, amphibians and reptiles on display. They also have a great geological display for you rock hounds. This is a perfect place for nature lovers and families as well as school and church groups, Boy and Girl Scout trips. Most of the creatures were active... More

I was expecting maybe some cascading waterfall like in most of the rainforest areas I've visited. I felt sorry for the animals. The fish aquarium had algae all over it. The small areas where you could lean forward and look in more had spider webs. Saw one large cockroach on glass looking to get inside of one cage. Spiderwebs inside... More

We have been visiting down here for years and never knew this was here. The last posters have apparently never been around live animals or reptiles to complain about the odor or insects. No the air conditioning isn't running wide open because these are warm climate animals and reptiles, Like the sign says, Rain Forest, not the arctic circle. The... More

We bought a Groupon or Living Social for this attraction. We saved several hours to visit it one day. Upon arrival, the smell was so bad, we couldn't stand to stay very long. In my opinion, the habitats were lacking in every way. Will not visit again.

These poor animals deserve a better place to live. As soon as we walked in there was a horrible smell, which is normal for a zoo but as we were walking through the zoo half the animals looked dead or miserable. DO NOT GO HERE. This place needs to be shut down!!

The best attraction in the area! A very pleasant surprise. I have taken my family to many Zoo's before, but none will equal or come close to the experience we had here. Run by professional and VERY nice staff, our Adventure was both entertaining and informative. A VERY clean environment. The exhibits were artistically created with a flair for the... More

The animals are clearly stressed. The cages are not maintained at all. The animals out back are living in their own fecal matter the sight was disgusting. My daughter slipped and fell in chicken poo, and the animals are clearly neglected.
