The best thing about this experience was the guide that we had. She was awesome! The horses seemed to be worn out. They were so dirty and tired. They had to carry us thru mud that they kept sinking down in. Uphill and downhill for an hour. They were worn out and as soon as we got back to the... More

Not sure how to easily rate this experience. We had a 2:00 pm appt over the weekend....We showed early at about 1:50 pm....at approximately 2:45 pm the staff finally saw to it that we were waited on. My daughter was shown a helmet. I read the other reviews. Was a little concerned but with the Groupon we said we'd go... More

We went horseback riding last week at these stables. The place is filthy, had one working bathroom, staff that is very unprofessional, the horses were dirty, the path the horses walk on was all muddy and provided no view whatsoever.

This is a wonderful stable to go to if you want to go horseback riding. Do to the horses being late getting to the stables, our appointment was late. But that didn't bother us. Our guide was Kelly. She was really sweet. My husband and I hadn't been on a horse since we were in our teens. So she was... More

We decided to do horseback riding on our trip and ended up finding a Groupon for Douglas Lakeview Stables, which ended up being a great choice. Cindy was the best tour guide and chose good horses for us to ride. My horse, Biscuit, was the sweetest thing and despite the extreme cold (there were snow flurries flying in our face),... More

Friendly crew and a fun experience with friends and family. These people really care about what they do and their horses. Me and my friends learned a lot, we can call ourselves cowgirls/cowboys, yeeeehaaahhh!

My fiance and I wanted to go horseback riding. It was my first time and I was nervous. The guide was very good about calming my nerves and was very helpful with instructing me how to handle my horse. Also, she put me on a very calm horse. Scenery was gorgeous, service was great, horse didn't buck or try to... More

We found this place about 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge. It was a spontaneous adventure with the family. Our guides were very nice and accommodating in every request we had. The horses looked in good shape and knew the route with no problems. We loved the scenery and the pace of the trip going up and down hills. The kids... More

When I was a child my dad and I use to go and ride horses every weekend. Over the summer we decided to go back to rekindle some old memories. We quickly regretted our decision. The horses looked malnourished and the dogs looked like they had a bad case of mange. The office wasn't any better, it looked like it... More
