Loved visiting hillside winery. Great selections of great-tasting wines. The best part was how knowledgeable the staff was, in particular Thomas, who served us at our tasting. Everyone was very friendly and they also have a great gift shop.

I absolutely loved Hillside Winery. You can sample up to 4 different wines for free. Don't forget your ID or they will not let you taste any wine. Our guy was very helpful and friendly. After finishing the wine trail, I decided to go back to Hillside and purchase the Black and Blue wine. I will definitely be purchasing more... More

Once again I went to the Hillside Winery today. After sampling several bottles of wine I chose 7 bottles. Also if you have not tasted the sweet water cheese you should. This is the best cheese ever. I like the Hillside Winery also because they have a wonderful gift shop with a lot of nice things. No matter how many... More

This was the second stop on the trail. The lady who served us really didn't want to be there by her attitude. We were rushed through the wines and the glasses were never rinsed from one wine to the next. Then after we finished the last wine she turned away and started talking with another employee. Needless to say this... More

A fantastic way to get a time out break from the children! Great wine. Got a bottle of the Black and Blue. To help fight cancer. Birdie was an excellent guide.

If you are in the area and like wine, you should definitely do the Rocky Top Trail of the local wineries. Hillside and Eagle Springs were our favorites. Great wines and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Neat way to stay indoors on a hot summer day.

While staying in Pigeon Forge my wife and I decided to do the Rocky Top wine trail. All the wineries were great and Hillside was the best of all. Birdie was a great host and all her suggestions were spot on. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for making our trip from Nebraska well worth it.

We enjoyed a great visit to this winery! It was our second stop on the Rocky Top Trail. Sara the bartender helped us sample six wines, we liked them all, and she gave us the background of each. It was cool learning about Muscadine! We walked out with six bottles, and we will be joining the Wine Club! :) Great... More
