My boyfriend and I had a great time here. It was our favorite place on the wine trail. Sara was fun and helpful! We will definitely be back the next time we visit Gatlinburg.

Hillside winery makes some interesting wines. Our wine tasting host, Kev, was very knowledgable, friendly, and kept our attention. The wines are good, as well. Be sure to stop in.

Stopped into the Hillside Winery at almost closing time. I was trying to do 3 of the wineries. This stop was by far the best! What made it so? The guide, Kevin King and the wine! He was friendly and welcoming even though it was close to closing. He asked us what we would like to try and reccommended we... More

Very friendly staff. This was our third stop along the Rock Top Wine Trail. We tasted 6 wines. Our favorite was the Black and Blue, a wine with blackberry and blueberry flavor.

Stopped by there for the wine tasting and there wasn't a bad tasting wine out of the 12 we tried. The Don Rosso is the best of the bunch in my opinion. The people behind the counter pouring the wine were knowledgeable and friendly. We tried the other winery's in the area and Hillside is by far the best.

We went in for the wine tasting and was asked for ID which didn't bother me. When my husband pulled his license out of his wallet it cracked at the top but didn't break off and the lady said I can't let you try the wine because your license are cracked. That is a shame. We visited 3 other winerys... More
