Great staff who's very welcoming and informative. You can sample things. They have all kinds of funny food including big game meat, etc. Highly recommend!

I placed an order online after visiting the store in TN. My order was opened when I received it. No problem I would just file a claim with UPS. 2 months later & a dozen phone calls, I received 1/2 my order. Allen the GM didn't seam able to make anything happen. We entered the shop, and were fairly unimpressed with the store in general. Yes it has a lot of different types of jerky. Yes we bought some jerky and the jerky itself was good. However, our experience was dampened by the attendant. She offered to let you sample jerky, but became snooty and aggravated if you asked to try more...

This Beef Jerky Outlet is located next to Bass Pro Shops in Sevierville. They have two other locations: one in Pigeon Forge at Walden's Landing and one in Gatlinburg in Lineberger's Plaza at Light #8. I have been to both the Gatlilnburg and Sevierville locations.
