Planned a spontaneous trip for me and my fiance and saw Zorbing on Groupon.com and thought it was interesting. Visited the website and said why not try this and so I based a trip around doing this in the Smoky Mountains. Its located in Pigeon Forge, up a road that we nearly thought we were lost but when I saw...

This was an activity I've wanted to do for years. So, when we started planning our vacation to the Smoky Mountains, we made sure to include it. It is pretty expensive, so I was lucky to have received it as a birthday gift. My sister-in-law and my brother bought the three ride package. She did the "dry" zorbing each time...

A couple of years I found out about Zorbing and was ecstatic to realize that other than in Australia, Zorbing is only offered in Pigeon Forge, TN - a place I visit every couple of years. When I went down last year I finally got the opportunity to go. I'll go ahead and say - I have no interest in...

I was surprised to read the negative reviews for this activity on tripadvisor. It appears the main complaints are a result of not understanding how everything works. Perhaps they could put together a nice demo video to view online and at the site. Look at the zorbing website and online before you go. Bring a change of clothes and a...

It sounds great. I know I was fooled too. First off the people are very rude and unhelpful. Its really a shame because people who are normally in good spirits and excited about the attraction are left in the hands of these really unprofessional people. Well that wasn't enough to break my spirits so I pressed on with my plans....

Other than the expense of $70 per person, which my husband and I paid a total of $150 for 15 minutes of fun, it was a thrill. We got to go 3 times 1 each in the dry ride and 2 together in the wet ball. The pictures they took were great but we didn't get to keep them, it...

Thank you for taking the time to review us!
I have spoken with the staff that were on site that day, and explained to them that even though your partner thought the joke about the brake was very funny, it was inappropriate to scare you. Even though the majority of our riders find that humorous, we will stop saying...

Didn't realize the water one was per person. All the kids enjoyed being human gerbils. 2 rides for 2 kids was $123 to roll down a hill in a ball. They did have towels in the gift shop, but ought to give you a free towel for riding and paying that much.

First off, we're glad that your kids enjoyed their ZYDRO rides! It is always wonderful to hear that our riders have had a good time!
In October of 2011 ZORB Smoky Mountains underwent a complete pricing structure change, which included lowering the overall cost of each ride, and providing...

Checking in was a little time consuming with kids, but once checked in they had a lot of fun with thier Grandma, we did not realize they only qualified for the hydraride so we didn't bring extra clothes for them to change into afterwards, but they had a lot of fun and we are all happy with the experience. Totally...

We understand that checking a child can be a little more time consuming, but it is absolutely necessary for an adult to sign the electronic waiver with the children in their care. We're glad that everyone enjoyed their experience! Your recommendation means a lot to all of us...
