My boyfriend and I had a great time at the ranch. Jonathan was our guide and we highly recommend having him. They picked the right horse depending on ur weight and experience. The horses are well fed and you could tell they were loved. If you are a beginner rider looking for a good time at a reasonable price this... More

My husband and I took our daughters and Son here for a few hours. My hubby took our oldest daughter for a mountain horseback ride while the rest of us wondered their property. We visited the animals in the petting zoo, played on the jungle gym, and sat in the shade to relax. It was and awesome time. The staff... More

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed riding horses up a mountain trail and then eating our lunch in the shade by the creek, only after mining for gems! We then had fun playing horse shoes nearby and finished our visit at the petting zoo. Very nice place to spend an afternoon and very close to our cabin at Parkside Resort. More

We had a great time. Our guide, Jonathan, was awesome & entertaining. One in our group had never rode a horse, but Jonathan "towed" her on her own horse up & down the trails to make the whole trip enjoyable for all. As stated in other reviews, all of the horses looked well maintained & healthy. Before we took off... More

My Family and I went during spring break. My Kids are ages 8 and 11, they both had a great time. The horses were big and healthy, i have been to other places the horses were just to skinny to ride. Our guide was great with the kids. I felt very comfortable riding here and would come back to ride... More

Took family on the this adventure. 11yr and 10yr. The trail goes up into the mountain a little ways. At times the horses get pretty close to the edge. This can make a new rider kind of nervous.. my daughter did ok with it because the guide was very nice (Gwen) and he was reassuring. They provide helmets to kids... More

I had the most humiliating experience of my life here. The owner of the resort where we stayed in Gatlinburg called this place in advance to make sure we would be able to trail ride with our 3 year olds riding double with us. When we arrived the very next day, the owner/woman at the counter acted like she never... More

We at the riding stables have guidelines we must follow. We can not fit over sized people in a saddle with a child. Our v.i.p. rides with children have guidelines that are in place to make sure the small children are safe. It is not the place of a referal to tell someone that we can ride a oversized person with a... More

My girlfriend and I went here while on spring break. It was my first time riding a horse and it was very enjoyable. It was a decent price and lasted about an 1 hour. Also had some animals you could feed as well. The guides were great also More

We went horseback riding and the trails and scenery were beautiful. Our guide "Denver" was very personable and informative and it was amazing to find out that he was from our home town of Okeechobee, Florida which made our ride extra special and a true joy for us. Some of us, being very inexperienced about riding, it gave a life... More

Nearly $40 for 1 adult and a 5yo and a 2yo and we had our own fishing rods. This is a very small pond and it is catch and release only. The lady in the general store is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. No fishing bait is sold?? Strange to say the least! Although she did... More
