Nice ride, professional staff, but they have a weight limit and will weigh you on a set of bathroom scales if necessary. The weight limit was 240. We had one in our group that told the man they weighed 242. He said no problem just get on the scales and let's see. What a jerk.

My daughter and I had a blast. The one hour trail ride through the mountains was beautiful. After our ride, we did gem mining and fed the animals in the petting zoo. They also offer fishing and ATV rides. This is a cool place with great photo opportunities! Very relaxing atmosphere, which was a nice change from the craziness up... More

I just want to say anyone that gives this place a bad review is crazy. We went today w a party of 7. My 10 yr old daughter got really nervous before we mounted our horses. Our guide Denver was AMAZING. Not only was my daughter laughing and smiling by the time she got on her horse she wants to... More

I have been to other stables in the Smokey Mountain area, and this was probably the worst one I have ever been to. The staff was for the most part kind, however the woman at the front desk was not very informative about the ride or the horses that were available. The weight limit that is advertised is 250lbs, however... More

If your looking for a safe and clean stable to take your family riding, this is the place! My husband and I took a ride today and I was extremely pleased. The staff was extremely professional and truly genuine when it came to not only the safety of the riders but the horses's as well. I personally recommend "Louisiana"....she was... More

Kudos to our guide Mike. We had 2 very young riders and Mike walked the whole trail! The entire staff was friendly and efficient. The trail was 3 miles long and very well maintained. We really enjoyed ourselves. My husband had one of the horses for "big Boys". We called ahead and verified the horses were available...no problem!

We entered with our $5 dollar off coupon for horseback riding. She said, "Oh that $5 off is already figured in!" Then, at least three or four times INSISTED we be sure to tip our guide at least $5! We did have a nice ride and our guide was attentive (and given a tip). However, I would not go here... More

We spend half a day here. They have lots of stuff to do. We went horse back riding, fishing and gem mining. They have chickens and ducks every where. The chickens would come up and eat out of the kids hands.

We visited because of their ad welcoming "big boy riders". After driving there because they would not answer the phone, we were told they had no horses available (today or tomorrow) for larger riders. They referred us to Gold Rush Stables near the entrance to Dollywood, saying "they will ride you". Gold Rush was AWESOME and better priced. Skip the... More
