Me and my honey decided to zip line for the 1st time while we were visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. We decided on Smoky Mountain Ziplines after researching various companies on TripAdvisor. I am a true blue believer in due diligence. Well, needless to say, this was the BEST choice we could have made! We decided to do the 9... More

What an adventure!! Go ahead & get the 14 lines plus the add-on! Well worth the cost & Allen & T are super guides. I was concerned about climbing & too much physical activity (I'm not athletic at all), but a truck takes you to the top & the zip lines do the rest of the work back down the... More

My family visited Smokey Mountain Zip Lines on August 31 for a 9 line Zip tour. It was a blast!!! We had a group of 6 (4 being teenagers). Our guides, Coty and Adam, really made the trip. They both did a great job of keeping things interesting. They began cutting up with our group when we first started getting... More

My family and I went Zip Lining for the first time. We were a party of five, my husband and I, and 3 kids ages 6,11, and 12. We chose to do the 9 line zip. We had a wonderful time and our guides, Adam and Patrick were really great. My little guy had to go with a guide because... More

My daughter and I did the 9 zipline course with Coty and Shaggy. They were great! This is my 3rd time to zipline and my daughter's first time. I am glad she had such a great experience as it made such a difference in her comfort level and she is now willing to try ziplining at other places. It was... More

It's been three years since we have taken a trip to TN and bit his time we had the kids with us. Called first thing in the morning and they got us in for the 14 line track. Good fun, guides were great and the kids had a blast as expected.

Our family of 4 signed up to do the 14 line course. Our guides Scrappy and Shaggy were amazing! They were fun, friendly and very professional. Our zip line adventure was cut short by incoming thunder/lightening storms. Management was very accommodating. They offered us the ability to come back at a later date for another 14 line course free of... More

We had a great time with Ty and Buttercup (coty). We've been on many zip lines and know that half the fun it's having great guides. The zips were nice, not overly high or fast compared to others we've done, but are perfect for kids and newbies. The guides took time to get to know us, didn't rush anyone, ensured... More

Smokey Mountain ziplines guides take safety first! This was my first time zipping and they made me feel more at ease and really made it an enjoyable experience for me! We went on an early tour so there were only 4 in our group which I think made it even better! We upgrade our package to the 14 lines half... More

Our tree canopy guides Ty and Coty were great. They allowed daredevils like me to have a freer rein...especially on the Super Zip Lines... but they really took the time to make those that were a little timid or having trouble feel more comfortable. They even did tandem runs with those affraid to go it alone so nobody got left... More
