Went as a family. Two teen girls. Guides are great. Shaggy and Alan. Safe and fun. Did 9 lines. Takes 2 hours. Not very high which was good for us! Pretty long and fast. Good price for what you get. About 10 minute ride from Gatlinburg. Definitely recommend. Really nice base camp. Free drinks. Place looks brand new

This was our first time to Pigeon Forge, so we were looking to find a place to zip line. After looking at several different places, we decided on Smoky Mountain Ziplines. They have a couple different packages available, of which we chose the 9 line. The facilities were very neat and well kept. The bathrooms were clean, and the equipment... More

I was a little skeptical to do it because it is a little pricey but I promise you it is worth every penny!! Out guides were Ty,Tyler and Phillip. They were so much fun. This was our first time zip lining, we had a wonderful time. We did the 14 line package and purchased the cd with pictures at the end. Our guides Pat and Philip were excellent, they made us feel comfortable and safe and were very funny. They offer free drinks before and after your trip and have clean bathrooms. Take your... More

My family and I have done ziplining on several different occasions in other areas, but Smoky Mountain Ziplines was BY FAR THE BEST! Our guides (Phillip, Shane and T) were all very knowledgeable and fun! We spent about 2.5 hours on the 14-line course and felt safe while having an exhilarating experience. The location and scenery is unbelievable. We had... More

We are from Asheville and come to pigeon forge /gatlinburg at least twice a year. My daughter and I did the zip lines while the boys played golf. I promise we had more fun! The tour guides make the trip. My tween was entertained (and if you have a tween, you know how hard that can be!) and I had... More

This was our third time zipping with SMZ and they did an outstanding job once again. This year we chose the Full Package with the super lines and they were well worth the extra charge, they will now be a part of every trip. Don't forget if you are a returning zipper you get really good discounts. Make sure you... More

Our group consisted of myself, my sister, and my two boys (ages 11 & 6). Our guides were Diesel and Pat. Although I am probably biased since I've only had those two as guides, they have to be the best guides out there! Because my youngest is only 6, he had to ride tandem with Diesel on the lines and... My daughters and niece had a fabulous time today. The guides were quite fun and knowledgable. I got to sit outside on a porch in the shade at their nice office reading a book while they took care of everything. Highly recommended!!

Our granddaughter just graduated high school, we promised to take her anywhere she wants to go. She choose the Smoky Mountains. While there we talked her into trying something different, Ziplining. She took us on it. We, my wife, daughter, grand daughter & I, signed up for the 14 line trip. After getting harnessedup, we loaded into an older 2&1/2... More
