Not just another pigeon forge money pit. Staff was accommodating and wanted to make sure we had a good time. The slightest inconvenience was proactively dealt with, without having to complain. Laser tag prices could be lower during slow times.

Wrist bands for $25 allows you to do 5 different activities. Can't beat that. Convenient location. Putt-putt, lazer tag, go-karts and arcade! The kids will love this place

We really enjoyed this place. We got the wrist bands for $25 which was so much more economical and plus gave us discounts at other places. The staff was very friendly. They would even play lazertag with us when there were only the 2 of us, so we could play. Definitely re-visiting this place!

This place is a joke!! Staff is rude, the old white guy manager is a nut job, and shouldn't be there. I won't go back as long as he is there. Also they have a golf cart thing they claim you can win, however it's been sitting there since 2011 and nobody has won it yet.

This place is ridiculous. Almost every game was either malfunctioning or didn't have any tickets in it. If you have young children, definitely avoid it because the little ones don't understand why nothing works. We drove 2.5 hrs to Pigeon Forge just to have a fun family day and this place was a huge waste of time and money. Never... More

We had a horrible experience here. Rainy Sunday and it was really busy. There was not enough staff to help people. The ticket redemption machines were all down except for one. Makayla at the prize desk was rude to my kids and rolled her eyes when we asked for total ticket amount. Not impressed. There are a lot better arcades... More

We bought a deal on Groupon. I would not want to pay full price for Lazer tag and putt putt but the kids had fun. It's OK for younger children...

This has been a tradition for several years for our family. Our trip is not complete until we have been to Lazerport at least three times :) We went for blacklight alien invasion golf. We paid for the first game and then found coupons for Free games. We returned two other times to play mini golf. Lazertag is a lot... More
