Our family group of eight spent last weekend at Adventures Unlimited in Ocoee, Tennessee. We rented the Bear's Den cabin and two trailer sites, and we all went rafting on Saturday. The rafting was great, the facilities were nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great time!

It was an awesome experience! Snowflake was our guide, and he was great! I've been whitewater rafting once before, and this time was definitely better.

We arrived at Adventures Unlimited, checked in and waited for the rafting overview to start. Our rafting guide, I believe Mr. Dean was his name, selected us along with another older couple. They were recently married and both in their 70's. We thought great, they're putting us old folks together. Once we got to the river, our guide ask us... More

My wife, boys and I had a great time. Weather was perfect. We had Dan as our guide. Our kids referred to him as Lieutenant Dan. He put my large frame up front with one of my son’s and did a good job dumping me into the river. On my way out of the boat I grabbed my son and... More

I LOVE to white water raft...I mean I LOVE it. My husband and I took our teenagers to raft the Ocoee (I have rafted it before, but they had not). We did the middle river, half day trip and had an amazing time. My kids were both asking if we could return the following day for more rafting. They both... More

This was the best whitewater rafting experience! We started on the Natahala as young teens and now have graduated to the Ocoee as college students. It was a thrilling ride from start to finish. A great day trip. Only 2 hours from Marietta. They also have great food for after the trip. We purchased a CD of photos to capture... More

I have grown up around the Ocoee and taken many trips down the river since I was a young child. This summer my extended family and friends took a 3 boat half-river trip with Adventures Unlimited. It was the BEST trip down the river I've ever had! Seriously. My husband and I have run our own tourism businesses for over... More

Finding experiences to share with teens can be tough, but we recommend adventure travel to stay connected. The excitement and teamwork - plus pushing outside of our comfort levels - really create a great opportunity for bonding. My nephews and my daughter love the experiences we've had on the Ocoee, the Nantahala, the Pigeon, the Chattahoochee, and more - and... More

This was our second trip with AU - was a gift for Fathers Day and I took my 3 sons and two of their friends! We had a blast - our guide was the best - had us all laughing from the beginning to end! We felt sorry for the guide behind us as he was dealing with a boat... More
