Only went to take an old friend who's a car enthusiast and was not expecting to be impressed. Well, as I often am, I was wrong. My friend and I both really enjoyed the museum as did our two grandchildren who accompanied us. There's something for everyone there and many vehicles and types that you probably won't see anywhere else.... More

This place is bigger then you think when you first look at it from the outside. A lot of neat cars that odds are, you never saw before,or ever see again. They specialize in foreign cars. And the cars are set up in a way that you can get a lot of nice photos ..they are not behind post and... More

I came with a family member who's more into cars than I am, and didn't think I'd be that interested in the museum, but it surprised me! There are many more cars than I expected and some truly one of a kind models. You don't have to be a "car person" to enjoy walking around and checking out all the... More

The museum changes and you may see cars from all different era's and maker's from time to time. We go at least once every 12-18 months and see different stuff all the time. Never a dull visit and highly recommended. The place is spotless and you can park inside the museum most days.

I'm a Nashville local and have known about LMM since it opened. I always thought that it was a small collection of some interesting cars. Maybe a couple of dozen cars, but nothing special. I went this weekend and was wonderfully surprised! The collection is much larger than I had expected. They have vehicles from the earliest days of the... More

Different than most museums with a lot of foreign and small cars esp. 3 wheel cars. Really enjoyed my visit.

We really enjoyed this museum. Tons of things to see and helpful factoids by each automobile. Don't forget to check out their garage and get an up-close view of the monster LARC with 9 foot tires! Fascinating, informative with lots to see, but not overwhelming.

It was refreshing to go to a car museum that didn't hold emphasis on American automotive history, containing a suprisngly large collection of European cars. Some of the pieces in the collection are once offs, capturing the level of ingenuity during the early years of car design and development. My favourite is one particular car that reminds me of a... The Lane Motor Museum is a must visit for anyone who likes old cars, especially oddball ones. The collection concentrates mostly on European makes, I don't know any other museum where you can see Tatra's, NSU's (including the first production car with the rotary engine Mazda later made famous). They also have a very good collection of microcars, On the... More

My 14 year old grandson and I had fun at the museum. They have a lot of unique cars and motorcycles. Many of them are from europe. The display is well laid out and clean. I didn't realize there were so many specialty car makers. Even saw an old VW bug like the one I used to own. Well worth... More
