Some people feel recharged after a sermon, I find more exhilaration after an evening in the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. The acoustics are remarkable, and the seating is comfortable. The concessions always offer the necessary balance of refreshment. The performances vary, but we have never been disappointed by the symphonic, string, or vocal presentations.

Wonderful performance of Handel's Messiah in a beautiful hall. Loooong lines in the bathrooms during the intermission.

Really enjoyed this show - Kenny G was fantastic! Enjoyed the Christmas music by him and the symphony.

Love this place. Great sound and wonderful orchestra. They run a lot of different types of music, so always good to check the website. Great to finally have a good symphony hall in Nashville.

We went to the symphony concert for kids which was the best kids friendly symphony performance we were at so far. Funny, easy going. We went to Spanish performance for price (just $9). Language does not matter if You listen to Nutcracker so it was a good deal compared to $29 "English" version. Nice building. We walked all of it.... More

One of the most beautiful, well designed symphony centers in the United Sates. The Nashville Symphony does an excellent job with programs of music appealing to all interests in artists from a wide background. Due to design, there is not a bad seat in the center. Go, enjoy and dress up. But blue jeans are always seen at the center.

Timeless architecture, perfect acoustics, excellent location in the thriving SoBro part of town. If you visit Nashville and don't take in a concert at the Schermerhorn, you've not really visited Nashville.

My husband and I were fortunate to be able to attend the Kenny G Holiday Show with the Nashville Symphony at the Schermerhorn while we were in Nashville recently. The Schermerhorn is easy to find and is beautiful and a magical setting for concerts. The accoustics were absolutely AMAZING, the staff was very professional and the Nashville Symphony and Kenny... The Schermorhorn is the best hall I've ever heard, and I've had the blessing of having heard many. Parking and access are easy, acoustics are outstanding, and the building is a work of art on its own.

Restaurant is pricey but very classy and Hall and Orchestra are the best. There are so many programs going with special artists and orchestras - if you visit "Music City" this must be on your list...Only a few blocks from the Ryman Auditorium
