Spectacular! doesn't even cover how beautiful the lights are.... even if you are staying elsewhere, make the time to visit at Christmastime. If you enter thru the 2nd or 3rd gate, you can park next door and walk over.

Just a lovely place to see at Christmas. A must see I believe!!!!!! Worth the $21 parking fee, which was a little of an ouch.

The hotel gardens are beautiful. It was fun to walk through and look at. Night time was magical with all the Christmas lights. I'm so glad we went at Christmas.

The nine acres of gardens were decorated for Christmas!! We walked the paths between waterfalls, rivers, boat rides, and ponds of shooting water across rocks. Fish provided color to the water. Occasionally we just sat on a bench and soaked it all up. Take deep breaths and relax. Get rejuvenated! Figurines hung from the rafters with the likes of giraffes,... More

We went to the Opryland Hotel just to see the decorations and the gardens. It is beautiful there and well worth the visit. I think at Christmas time you should visit at night. We were there during the day and that is wonderful, but I don't think you get the full experience of the Christmas decorations in the daytime. All... More

did not stay at the hotel, but visited the gardens and shopping areas. The gardens, fountains and river are amazing to say the least. Worth a visit!

The biggest hotel in the US (outside of Las Vegas). It's easy to get lost but the place is beautifully decorated for the holidays with lights, poinsettias and more. I know everyone has the right to visit but the crowd can be overwhelming. Anyway I could get the place to myself one evening?

We live in the area and had never been here before, but we had been told that it is well worth the visit - especially at Christmastime. We decided to go wander around for an hour and it was fabulous! We liked it so much we have decided to go back and spend an evening at the hotel - there... More

You dont even need to stay at the hotel (in fact.. I never have!) but simply visiting the gardens is TONS of fun. Growing up we went every year for the christmas displays, however throughout the year it is a nice way to get out of the sun and enjoy a nice walk "in the tropics". The place is complete... More

To paying $20 for the parking without receipt???? The gardens were beautyful but overcrowded and thanks for the reviews we didn't stay in the hotel, which is not necessary at all. Worth the time to visit!
