The gardens of the Gaylord Opryland Hotel are stunningly beautiful. Housed within multiple atria surrounded by the hotel buildings, a visit to here is a great way to spend a Nashville afternoon. The landscaping is impressive, and several restaurants allow you to enjoy it even more intimately if you want to spend the time. Plan for about an hour to... More

It's worth a trip to Nashville in December just to visit the Opryland Hotel alone. Their Christmas decor throughout the entire facility is an incredible experience you'll talk about for years to come.

We loved the hotel, the gardens (all four areas must be seen), and the boat ride. The front desk was always slow for some reason but everything else at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel was wonderful

The Opryland Hotel definitely deserves a walk through to appreciate its grandeur. It looks like 5 hotels put together, each with its on unique theme. This can be done relatively quickly and it sucks to pay 20 bucks if you spend more than 20 minutes at the hotel.

We had only a couple hours to do something, and picked this as we had heard beautiful things about it. The first thing we ran into was that parking appeared to be $18-21. We were not interested in paying that just to walk through the hotel, so we drove around a bit and found a dirt/blacktop lot in the back... More

We went right before thanksgiving and spent days walking around, shopping, took a tour ride on the inside boat, participating in activities. I think you could spend a week inside this place alone! It was really great because we were able to see all the Christmas decorations and the children could meet with characters like Shrek and Kung Fu Panda.... More

If you park at the events center at the mall you don't have to pay for parking. The boat ride is not worth the money. Just walk it. ;)

Have visited several times in the past, but never at Christmas. Truly beautiful time to visit and enjoyed strolling among the lush greenery and decorated trees. In the winter, the inside of the Opryland Hotel is a lovely respite.

I have enjoyed walking through this hotel since being a little girl back in the 1980's. It is even more beautiful now with the new additions. We especially like the Delta Area. It is an experience like no other. The only downside is that the food is way overpriced and though the boat ride was really neat it's too much... More
