We headed down here after the early show at The Blue Bird cafe famous from the TV show Nashville and after a $2 beer at the number 1 dive bar in the US; Santa's Pub. The first band was great, but the second band with their brass accompanying band members rocked the house. The jambalaya and étouffée were excellent. We... More

I went to Nashville last year on a bucket trip jaunt with three other old geezers. We found this place on day one and spent every night there listening to some great blues. So much for a trip to the home of country music. Intimate venue, nice people. Sometimes there is a cover charge, sometimes there isn't. Go there.

I suggest making reservations, ask for a table in the front, its amazing! You feel like its your private VIP concert with some of the best music I have heard since I have been in Nashville. True talent, good food, great cocktails, great atmosphere, just a great place to go, we will for sure be back! Loved it!

This place is off the beaten path and super old and creepy and everything else you could want in a dive bar. It is 2 levels so you can go upstairs and watch all the action from above. Cozy booths where you can get some privacy as well. Great blues music with 3 gals singing together and a 6 piece... More

I was invited to visit this club by a good friend and was not familiar with Printers Alley! As you approach the bar there are several other bars that host karaoke and dancing girls so I would say this is more of a 21 and older setting! Upon entering the club you are given beads that go along with the... More

Looking forward to hearing something other than country and western music, we stopped by at Bourbon Street (based on the name of the club) located in Printer's Alley. The fellow playing sounded exactly like Randy Newman and played chiefly in major chords very similar to James Taylor. Not bad, but not that great either. The food was tasty - chicken... More

I went here with a group of friends and had a great time. Stacy Mitchart was playing and was absolutely off the chain. He played blues hits from all over and it was amazing. The bar has a good bluesy feel and the music was second to none. If you're in Nashville and won't blues, this is the place.
