Walked to the Farmer's Market from the Double Tree. Very safe walk. Good view from atop Capital Hill. Food choices were limited, but we got there at opening.

I've been to many Farmer's Markets and this one had all the typical offerings. I went in November, so there were still a lot of fresh vegetables available. The confusing part is having so many different families selling the same things, so you've gotta walk around and shop some before making up your mind on who to buy from. Prices... More

the first building had fruits and veggies. They all had pretty much the same vegetables. then there was the cheese and the honey people..again. several of them..prices seems typical. The next building was the food court. some places were not open yet.. it was about 10 am.. and others smelled great.. there were a few giving out samples as well..... More

We went to this Farmer's Market after church to just look around. In early November, there were still lots of vegetables. There were also many vendors selling fresh made goods and vendors selling grass fed beef and free range chicken and pastured pork. There was a building with just a ton of food choices. I love the smells in this... More

OMG! They have everything! They have: plants, flowers, restaurants, international foods etc. Prices are "ok" but you can find some good deals here. NOTE TO TOURISTS: There are some great restaurants here: Some of them have been featured on national TV! Outside of the restaurants... this is your usual "Farmers Market".

This market was pointed out to us as being a good place for lunch while we were on a trolley tour of Nashville. We decided to go here a few days later while out on foot discovering more of the city. Not only were there lots of different types of food to choose from, the fresh vegetables and fruit looked... More

Such a lovely farmers market! If I lived in Nashville, this is the place I would buy all my food. The fruits and vegetables all looked incredible. There were things there I had never seen before and the stall owners were all willing to talk about there produce. The food area was huge. So much to choose from. I went... More

We came over to Nashville from the UK, so the market was really interesting to us, more squashes than we knew existed. We picked up some lovely produce and had a good lunch. We are vegan travellers and this was a great place to eat and shop for us.

We visited the Farmers Market after our Segway tour guide had pointed it out the day before. It is a pretty large market with a great variety of good-looking produce. We were pleasantly surprised to find a food court there. Ended up enjoying some pizza too.

Fun place to visit and shop for produce from the various vendors for fresh baked goods, locally grown produce and organic products. Besides being a farmers market it has a large landscape nursery with lots of plants and outdoor ornaments/pottery. In addition to the produce you can visit the main building with several food vendors with all kinds of cuisine... More
