This is a really fun and neat market. The vendors are all really nice and most give samples. The selection is wide and tasty! There's a food court inside with such a huge variety, it's hard to pick! There's definitely something for everyone here, so if you're with a group, this is a great place to visit. Not a bad... More

The market itself was a bit slow but it was midday on a Friday when we went. We ate at the BBQ place inside and it may have been my favorite meal of the trip and I highly recommend it to anyone going to Nashville. There is a nice old man outside that makes donuts. Stop by and have a... More

It is always fun to walk through a farmers market and the abundance of produce was fun to see for this Northerner. Open all but 3 days a year - there is also an indoor food court where we had a DELICIOUS lunch of grits with pulled pork over the top, smoked baked beans and fried okra. YUMMY!

This review is for Village Bakery and Provisions in the Nashville Farmers Market. Hidden gem of the Farmer's Market! A little hard to spot tucked away into a corner of the Farmer's Market beside Bella Nashville Pizza, this place is a real treasure of flavors. Village Bakery is definitely a step away from your regular lunch out option, into the... More

I visited the farmers' market at 1 pm on a Sunday while walking to Germantown from downtown. There were several stalls still open and the inside market with its small restaurants was quite busy. The market runs alongside Bicentennial Park which has nice spots to sit on the grass or a bench.

Early on a rainy Monday is not going to be the market at it's finest, I am certain. But you can see the bones of something then. And the place has good bones. The food court is an impressive selection of eats (Noodle bowls,Pasta, Pizza, BBQ, Jamaican, Greek, Ice Cream, Coffee, Mexican). Apparently from the little bit I read about... More

Great booths with local fruit, vegetables, cakes, bread, meat and a whole lot of other things. The food court features an International Market where you can find things you didn't even know existed, plus features restaurants from Greece, Japan, Mexico, India, Southern BBQ, artisan sandwiches plus a beer bar. Great place to relax, shop and have a bite

What a great Farmers' Market! Even though we were there in the fall, there was still plenty of produce options - beautiful pumpkins of every color imaginable, heirloom tomatoes by the bushel, peppers of every description and the weirdest squash I've ever seen - snake squash?? I've posted a picture. One wing is all casual restaurants - lots of on-site... More

Easy to get to and with its own off street parking, I found the Farmer's market a really fun way to spend a few hours. In the welcoming shaded and covered market you can find dozens of vendors selling locally grown produce and honey. Some booths offer vegetables that are not commonly seen in the USA. The produce was fresh,... More
