In the Gulch, the place to be in Music City, the Inn is consistently wonderful. A small smoke free venue with great bluegrass music, you can choose to sit anywhere. We always sit with our feet on the stage-that's how close you can get to the performers! The is a low key place with cold beer, great pizza, tee shirt/hat... More

Hoped to make in for the show & were so excited to get seats. There was a cover the night we were there but the music was so great, it was worth it. Guess the cover just depends on who the act is. Just chairs & tables, no hard liquor (but cheap beer)-nothing much but bar food. Band started exactly... More

I did A LOT of waiting in Nashville and this was yet another example but this is truly an incredible venue and what I wish every concert experience could be like. Seating is first come, first serve at this venue and tickets are only sold at the door. It's very small and they only permit about 150 people inside. You... More

Arrive in time to get a seat at one of the tables and be ready to make friends and drink cheap beer and hear amazing bluegrass up close and personal. Everyone is super nice and the energy is good. Nothing fancy and that is perfect.

Always music worth hearing here. Hard to find a place like this, so filled with bluegrass, anywhere but Nashville. Atmosphere - low ceiling, long tables, grungy darkness, high casual fun factor - can't be beat. Serviceable pizza and nachos. Lots of beer. All at good prices. This and 3rd & Lindsley for the Time Jumpers, and Arnold's for just about... More

I always try to go here when I'm in Nashville. Great old-time country and bluegrass music. Occasionally some folk type music. But always music. Not a big food selection, but you'll find something worth eating. But it's really all about the music. Monday nights are Val Storey, Carl Jackson, Larry Cordell and friends. Always a good night!! Get there early... More

If you like bluegrass and western swing in a up close and personal setting. this is the place for you. One the holdest juke joints in all of Nashville. Great Ambiance, and good pizza and beer at good price. Check out acts ahead of time, they have some great ones. I heard Vince Gill come out of audience one night... More

We are 50 something's from the UK doing a tour of the southern states, our first stop was Nashville . We tried downtown but found the bars too loud and full of youngsters. I looked for inspiration on Trip Advisor, and found Station Inn.....what a find !! We were a little dubious at first, from the outside it looked a... More

We visited the Station Inn because of a friend's recommendation. He steered us correctly. The music was terrific. Trey Hensley was there the night we attended. All I can say is THAT YOUNG MAN IS GOING PLACES! He and the rest of the band were great. My only recommendation would be that the bar carry a wider variety of food,... More

We skipped the spots on Broadway and came here on Sunday night of a long weekend for the weekly bluegrass jam session. We found it to be an amazing experience, even though we had to sit on stools crammed up against the wall near the restrooms in the SRO room. We were only a few feet from the musicians, who... More
