The only tour where you could actually touch the memorabilia including sitting on the furniture. They said it was a home and wanted it to be treated as a home. The tour guides are knowledgeable and friendly.

The Fontanel is a great time! We took a tour of the whole property for potential future events that we might want to hold there. The service was outstanding and the Sales Manager, Mark, was so nice. The restaurant was also great! Food was amazing and the prices very affordable for the quality. I would suggest this location for anyone... More

This place is so unique and welcoming, I didn't want to leave even after being there for over 12 hours. Started with a mansion tour, then ate at the Cafe Fontanella, visited the GooGoo Outpost and Pritchard's Distillery, went on a zipline tour, had cocktails before a show, then watched Old Crow Medicine Show perform a spectacular concert at the... A great place for southern cooking but make sure you like sitting with strangers (if you are a small group) and self serving around the table. We were seated with 6 people, all from the same state (what are the odds) and the conversation was wonderful. We learned about each other while passing around, meats, vegetables and bread. There is... More

Went to see Barbara Mandrell's home. Beautiful place. Especially liked the singing tour guide. Would love a copy of the picture of Reba and the gang in Barbara's bathroom. Had dinner at the Italian restaurant and it was also awesome.

We went to Fontanel more to see a 27,000 sq ft log home than because it used to belong to Barbara Mandrell & her family but we ended up with so much more. We were treated to a couple of songs by a wonderful young man, Justin Brooks Coffin. Keep a watch out for this guy because he is talented... More

We went to this attraction while in Nashville on a very hot day, so were glad to be inside in air conditioning! It was a wait to get a tour, which we did not know in advance, but we enjoyed the tour of Barbara Mandrell's (previous) fantastic home. Each tour is fairy small and led by a performer (we had... Four of our family members had a great tour of the mansion led by Steven Whitson. That young man learned the names of the 20+ people within minutes on the 10 a.m. tour and called each person by name throughout the 90 minute tour. Information provided by the tour guide gave us an insight into the life of Barbara Mandrell... More

From the minute you set foot onto the property of Fontanel, you realize you have stumbled upon something special. Every person we dealt with, from the ladies in the ticket office, the tour bus driver, to Steven, our tour guide was friendly and welcoming. Steven learned each guest's name and treated each of us as a valued friend. We were... More

The admission was costly. If you like to see how the rich live, this is a tour for you. The mansion itself was awesome, The tour guide was very capable and knowledgeable about the mansion and it's relatively short history. I personally thought he was trying to push his CDs and t-shirts too much at the end of the tour.... More
