Fontanel Mansion is a 27,000 square foot log home formerly owned by Country Music Hall of Fame(R) member Barbara Mandrell, and is Nashville's only country music mansion tour giving visitors a sneak peek into the lives of country music greats. The home, situated on the 136 acre property, is nestled in the rolling hills of the Whites Creek Valley. With The Inn at Fontanel, the Woods Amphitheater, Pritchard's Distillery the Pepsi Studio Gallery, Cafe Fontanella, Music City Ziplines by Adventure Works, The Trails and Metro Parks Greenway, it is easy to see why Fontanel is becoming one of Nashville's premier destinations. We offer a family and dog friendly atmosphere located just minutes from downtown Nashville in Whites Creek. Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

The tour was great. The guide was very good. They allow you to take photos, sit on the furniture and play a guitar. Very interesting and it was a good length for the price. Easy to get to from Nashville. They also have a winery and restaurant and gift shop.

This tour was really interesting, our tour guide Steve 'Mohawk', was very well informed, played 'the dance' from Garth Brook's for us, and overall had a great attitude. My wife and I are not huge Barbara Mandrel fans but learned a lot and loved the ambiance.

Very enjoyable and informative. We were relaxed and never felt rushed. My wife has special needs as she is in a power chair. She had full access to the house.

We were unable to go on a tour because they were all full - the attendant stated more tourists come there than the Country music Hall of Fame! But the winery and restaurant were lovely and we will book tickets early next time!

The tour itself was great even if you are not a Barbara Mandrell fan. The person that drove the shuttle to the house was very nice and friendly. Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. Really enjoyed it!

This 27,000 square foot log home is a must see. This is the last year for the tour. Very hands on tour. I even got in Barbara's bed and my daughter got in her bath tub.

Enjoyed the tour it's self, not too crazy about the tour guide. He's an aspiring singer; and it seemed he was too busy trying to promote himself, rather than concentrating on the information regarding the mansion and history. I loved how hands on it was, being able to touch most things and enjoy the rooms. Yes, it's a mansion but... More

Barbara Mandrell's former home, open for the public to visit. Nice home, very hands-on tour. Steven was a great tour guide, amazed how he memorized everyone in the group's name. Be sure to check out the autographed columns in the great room. Admission is a bit expensive, but you get your money's worth.
