Fontanel Mansion is a 27,000 square foot log home formerly owned by Country Music Hall of Fame(R) member Barbara Mandrell, and is Nashville's only country music mansion tour giving visitors a sneak peek into the lives of country music greats. The home, situated on the 136 acre property, is nestled in the rolling hills of the Whites Creek Valley. With The Inn at Fontanel, the Woods Amphitheater, Pritchard's Distillery the Pepsi Studio Gallery, Cafe Fontanella, Music City Ziplines by Adventure Works, The Trails and Metro Parks Greenway, it is easy to see why Fontanel is becoming one of Nashville's premier destinations. We offer a family and dog friendly atmosphere located just minutes from downtown Nashville in Whites Creek. Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Reservations are suggested...we were lucky to get onto the last tour of the day. The onsite shop, wine tasting room, and restaurant are charming. Our tour guide was Steve and he was very good....and entertained us with a song in the Mandrell's great room. Loved being able to see how they lived while they occupied the home.

What an Amazing home, A Must See, our tour guide Steven Whitson, was incredible. He made us laugh the whole tour, he sang a few of his own songs, made our experience all that more memorable. By far, one of the best attractions in Nashville.

This was an all around neat tour. Our "tur" guide was the extraordinary Steven Whitson!! He was very knowledgeable and funny. The house is magnificent! You are able to touch pretty much anything, sit just about anywhere and even try on a jacket once owned by Kenny Chesney. We highly recommend you checking this place out and see if Steven... More

We toured the Fontanel Mansion in Nashville and it was fantastic! The 27,000 sq foot log cabin is just beautiful and the personal attention given by tour guide, Steven, made you feel right at home. Learn more about Barbara Mandrell, her family, her personal triumphs and struggles....she is one awesome entertainer, mother and wife. Thanks for allowing us to visit!

Steven was the best tour guide ever! He greeted us all and then remembered all of our names. We were touched by his personal stories and music and by his knowledge of the mansion's history and of the past and current owners. We can't say enough great things about Steven and his "tur". You not only are allowed, but encouraged,... More

I went to the Fontanel mansion due to the ratings it received on trip advisor. All of these reviews are completely accurate. This tour is well worth it. The property is beautiful. If you are ever in Nashville, this is a must see! There is a ton of music memorabilia. This house is beautiful.

We totally enjoyed our tour of Fontanel Mansion. We arrived a little early and were greeted warmly by Brooks and Steve, our tour guides. Brooks was fun and full of information about the property. It was very relaxed in that you can touch and sit on most of the furniture. Steve played piano in the cabin the last part of... More

Large portions for the price. Lacking in flavor though. I wouldn't recommend getting the lasagna. The pizza was ok. They do have very friendly bartender who also serves you food so you don't have to wait too long for a table.

This is not your average house tour; no "don't sit on the furniture" or "do not touch" signs, live entertainment, and a house so secluded you are taken there in a shuttle bus. Everyone associated with this tour is accommodating and friendly, and anyone with a physical handicap will encounter no difficulties. The tour guides are all musicians, and strive... More

Great tour of a beautiful home. Full of music history as with most things in the area. Mohawk Steve was our guide and did an execellent job showing us around.
