My husband and I went to Nashville, TN for our Anniversary. We were looking for a way to see downtown Nashville without actually having to drive downtown. We decided last minute to take the General Jackson. I had been on the General Jackson before about 5 years ago but this was my husbands first time. We enjoyed it but there... More

Our business guest was left without his dinner as the kitchen scrambled to fix him a plate that somewhat resembled what the rest of the table had received. We were the last table served but bringing out three, then four more left one person waiting even longer. An apology from the manager in front of other guest we do not... More

We went on this cruise for a business reception/dinner and had a wonderful time. The entertainment was awesome, views were great and food was good! I'm not sure if he food was catered in but we had a buffet with salad, chicken, beef tenderloin, grits with shrimp, mashed potatoes and desserts. Drinks were strong and plenty of staff on hand.... Thank goodness I had a access pass from the visitors center so the tix were half price. If I had paid full prie $99 per person (which a lot of people did) I would be screaming for my money back. The show was fabulous, lively, well paced and did the music of Tenessee, the blues of Memphis & Elvis, the... More

Boarded the General Jackson paddle boat for an evening cruise and dinner show. Good meal and great entertainment. Price is a bit high but worth doing at least once. More
