We went on Nashville Night's and Lights Tour. Waited and waited for our pick up. Bus was a no show. Kept calling and they kept saying it's on the way. After an hour and a half wait they finally said they would not be picking us up but someone would be calling us to talk to us. Never called. Went... More

While recently in Nashville on a Girls Weekend, three of us took these two tours. I'll start with the Food Tour. Word of advice: Do not bother! This was by far the worst food tour of the 5 that I have taken in other cities. It began with the company changing the point of departure, and neglecting to inform me... More

We appreciate any and all feedback and utilize this source as a main one for improvement of our tours, as well as recognition of our drivers. We apologize for the inconvenience in change of departure point. Due to construction in that area, we had to... More

I am a fan of the show Nashville so was so excited to see that they had this tour. I found this tour very informative and fun. The driver new everything about the show - an avid watcher. We went on Thursday, which included a stop at the Bluebird Café. Also stopped at the Ryman Auditorium to tour that building... More

We enjoyed the Gray Line Tour of the Battle of Franklin. The tour is a 7 hour trip through battle fields and three homes that played an integral role in the battle. The bus was clean and the driver was very knowledgeable and explained how and where the battle occurred. The interpreters in each home give a presentation of how... More

I we spent two different day on two tours. The Franklin Civil War tour and the Nashville history tour. It was great to get picked up at our hotel just a slight disadvantage in having to transfer to another bus for the tours. Time was allotted for lunch on both Both primary bus drivers were knowledgable and filled in the... More

We took two tours with Gray Line while in Nashville. Our guide/driver for the Belle Meade/hermitage trip was Steve and he provided a wealth of information about the sites and the general Nashville area that we would have never gotten at the sites themselves. thanks for a great tour.

Excellent way to see Nashville. The tour itself takes about an hour. But you can hop off at the main attractions, tour and get back on for the next attraction. Cost about $25 per person. One caution. Parking in Nashville is very expensive. About $25 for 6 hours and you can only pay by credit card. The cheapest place to... More

We took the the nashville trip to memphis to see Graceland. We get halfway there and the driver cannot get the a/c in the bus to work. So we sit on the side of the street for about 20min while he talks to the mechanic on the phone to try to fix it. Now that it cannot be fixed he... More

We took the hop on & off trolley tour today. Zake did an excellent job! It's a great way to see the city and decide what you want to see. We also booked the City Walking Tour and had a fantastic tour guide, Danielle. She was very knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed it. She spent a great deal of time... More
