The actual tour of the plantation was nice. They gave you enough time to look around. and the actual people there were very informative. Our bus driver told us that we would stop for lunch at a place that the food was really good!! Don't believe him we thought we were at the buffet that Chevy Chase went to in... More

We just did the Discover Nashville and Grand Legends tour on Sept 19th. Both tour guides we had were great, and very knowledgable of the city. In the Discover Nashville tour you get to go to the Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame, but you don't get a ton of time at either, but is enough if you only... More

As a fan of the show nashville, I was looking forward to this tour. I purchased our tickets several weeks in advance for our trip to Nashville. The day came and we arrived at the grayline station to meet our bus. We checked in, but there was a lot of confusion. At first they couldn't find our reservation. After it... More

We did the ABC nashville tour and had the worst most unorganized driver. We drove across town three times to pick up people because the route was not planned. The driver mad several rude comments and yelled at people. We weren't able to visit three places and the tour ended early and started late. Ryman auditorium and the bluebird cafe... More

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. We are sincerely sorry about what happened. I can assure you that this is not a normal experience on our ABC Nashville tour. It is one of our most popular tours. The behavior of the driver is unacceptable and we would like to address it and speak... More

We purchased the trolley tour of downtown. The first part of the tour was excellent and we enjoyed the driver very much. After spending some time downtown we hopped back on to finish the tour and get back to our starting point. This turned out to be a nightmare as this van had no air conditioning. It was 95 degrees... Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our tours. We greatly appreciate all feedback and use it to improve our services. We do our best to keep all trolleys up and running. With the summer heat, this can sometimes be a difficult task, however, the driver should not have had a vehicle without A/C and we... More

We took the "All About Nashville Day Pass" Tour, which included a very informative trolley tour with Dan, and the walking tour with Kaycie. Both were excellent. The Ryman Auditorium Tour was intimate and an enlightening view of Nashville history. Its story is also an inspiration for historical preservation. The Country Music Hall of Fame was, however, our only disappointment... More

We bought tickets from Gray Line Tours on line, they called & confirmed, we were at the pickup location, but the driver did not have our names so would not talk to us, therefore leaving us at the hotel with our receipt in hand! When we called the office, someone had forgotten to give our name to the driver, the... More

I took the city tour which included entry in the Ryman Auditorium and the County Music Hall of Fame. It also includes Centennial Park, Music row, Broadway. It is a good tour if you want to see the highlights of the city easily. Our guide was knowledgable and friendly. Good tour but a bit pricy.

I was unaware that these were 2 different tours when I made the booking. The morning consisted of the Nashville City Tour, it was good & gave an overall look round. Visited Ryman Auditorium & also Country Music Hall of Fame which included entry into these places. I would recommend this tour to anyone with limited time. I was then... More

Never been so we did the discover Nashville tour. Ryman was awesome - just barely enough time for it. Tour guide was knowledgeable as he drove around the city and showed us Centennial Park, music row, Broadway, etc... then we got a bit over an hour at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Ticket was good all day but the... More
