We arrived late due to limited parking but they were more than happy to wait for us. We had tickets for Saturday and they let us use them for Friday instead. The tour was the perfect amount of casual yet informative. Our tour guide (Andrew) was amazing; personal, very knowledgeable, as well as humorous. This tour was beautiful at night... More

We booked online the tour that took you around Nashville and into the Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame. Our guide, Rudy was on his last day but he entertained and shared lots of history and stories. The meeting point had a nice gift shop with very reasonable prices and a good selection of items as well as free... More

The good part about this bus tour is when you first get on. You ride around the city and the driver tells you the history, etc. The part that we didn't like is the fact that there were two stops along the way. The first one is at the Ryman Auditorium. You go in without a tour guide, just walking... More

Kaysie Young was our tour guide, she went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable tour. She was so friendly and knowledgeable that it made our visit to Nashville exceptional. She took her time and did not rush us and even took pictures for us. I asked her for some business cards so that I could share her... More

Our driver, Jeff, was very nice and friendly, and an excellent driver. The following suggestions are for Grayline because Jeff did everything possible to make our tour enjoyable. Grayline should advise their customers as to the time they will actually be picked up. Being responsible people, my daughter and I were in the hotel lobby at 6:20am because Grayline told... More

Andrew, your the best! We really enjoyed the Nashville trolly tour at night. Andrew took pictures of each couple or family group at all the different locations and we can upload them once we get home. The trolly leaves the station at 8pm and lasts about 2 hours. It is an "open air" trolly and the evening air (august) felt... More

Took this tour because of your ad showing the Country Music Hall of Fame building at nite showing the piano keys all lit up. When we left downtown I asked the driver about it and he said we could do it on the way back to our hotel, however he did not. He was also late getting there to pick... More

When booking through Gray Line, we did not know that the distillery tours are FREE. So we booked a "tour" through gray line to go to the distillery. The drive was not worth the $80 per person. Would definitely recommend renting a car for the day and traveling to Lynchburg on your own. The distillery itself is fantastic. Bettie was... More

We used Gray Line tours for a tour of the homes of the stars of the T.V. series, " Nashville". We had booked it online and were told to wait at the local train station. They not only were almost 1/2 hour late but then proceeded to have overbooked and only took a few of us on the tour bus... More
