Tour took us to The Hermitage and Belle Mead with stop at Hermitage House for lunch. The Hermitage was worth the trip but needed much more time. Lunch stop was mediocre at best - very ordinary food. Belle Mead not worth the time, not even close. We chose to take tour because we did not want to drive around Nashville... More

Was dreadful. May 2012. The bus was very hot. Our tour guide showed us very little. He would point to a large beautiful house and say "a doctor lives there, a dentist lives over there, a heart surgeon lives over there". WE saw about 5 star's homes...and the rest was a hot bus ride....and the driver's glory was that he... More

We three were picked up at our hotel and driven on a 50 passenger bus to another destination. We were on the bus for more than one hour picking up other passengers at various locations. The bus driver admitted that he had 'no clue' as to the itinerary and was just filling in. We finally reached our destination, which by... More

A good way to see some of the sights and sounds of Nashville. I "hopped off" only once - at the Bicentennial Park...the next trolley came about 45 minutes later. Both tour guides were funny, informative and professional. Cost was $20 (don't buy from an online agency online, buy directly from Grayline.) Ticket was good for 24 hours. More

This is a great tour for a great price. Good information about the city and you can hop off, visit and get back on later. I've heard that in the high season the bus returns after 45 minutes. We were there in the off season, however, and the bus returns only after an hour and a half. Good planning is... More

We took the trolley tour, only takes an hour and for $15 it was worth it. Daniel was our driver, very courteous and knowledgeable. Standard tour guide humor. I thought helped us narrow down what we wanted to see in the city. More

We were finally picked up at our hotel an hour after the appointed pick-up time and 45 minutes after actual tour start time with no apology or explanation. Bus was too full to sit with travelling companion, so we had to sit apart, which was less than ideal. First words out of the tour guide/bus driver's mouth was "Welcome to... More

All of the Grey Line buses come to the major hotels and condos. I took one downtown Nashville which they say is the first on-and-off tour of the town. The problem is that there are only one (2 or 3? in the summer), trolleys running, so they only come by about every hour or so. So, be sure to ask... More

We stopped in Nashville on our way to Florida only for the night. We took the Nashville Nights Tour , it was great. Our tour guide was very knowledgable and very friendly , he answered everyone's questions. The first stop was at Rippy's BBQ for dinner , then back on the bus for a tour of the beatiful city and finally... We did the "Discover Nashville" tour for $47 per person, which includes entry to the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Ryman which would be $20 and $13 respectively. So in reality for $14 you get picked up from your hotel, views of the "Parthenon," Vanderbilt, Music Row, Studio B, Bicentennial Mall, downtown, and an informative, stale joke telling... More
