I took my children ages 2 and 6 a couple of times this summer. We all had fun. You are allowed to bring in a cooler, floaties for your kids and your own chairs or blanket to sit on. They have a few picnic tables but NO chairs and very limited shade. The bathrooms were clean most of the time... More

We came here for the first time on Labor Day weekend. I was expecting the place to be run down and dirty...and I was completely wrong! We had a lot of fun and it wasn't that crowded either. My 5 year old enjoyed going on the (smaller) waterslide. We all enjoy laying on the rafts in the large wave pool.... More

This was my family's first visit to Wave Country and we had a blast. The price of this place is very affordable $12/adults and $10/children and if you go to their website they typically have a coupon to reduce the price. We went on the Labor Day weekend, which was the last weekend it was open, an it was not... More

My family (2 adults, 2 children ages 10 & 13) had an excellent time at Wave Country. The park is extremely clean and has a great atmosphere. I was particularly impressed with the lifeguards on duty. We went on a pretty crowded Saturday afternoon and there were a few instances when some people (young and old) had trouble staying afloat... More

It's a water park… there isn't anything too spectacular about it. The lines are long, there are questionable people, fights break out, and its basic at best. The prices aren't outrageous, so if you just need something to do make this about 3rd on your list.

My husband and I visited Wave Country a few weeks ago. We noticed improvements from our previous visits in 2012 (we could not go in 2013 because I had surgery on my R shoulder in April). The park is much cleaner and we enjoy the friendliness of the other visitors. The wave pool is huge, there are four slides and... More

My husband, four year old son and I have spent the past four years going to the wave country at least ten times a summer. The management is visible and responsive, the lifeguards are attentive and professional, the grounds are nice and well maintained. If you are a first timer, here are some tips. Bring your own chairs, bring your... More

Was going to go to Nashville shores but since the weather was "iffy" decided to try Wave Country due to the high price of the Shores. We were more than pleased with the cleanliness, the attentiveness of the lifeguards, the friendliness, and the price. Not sure when divcotwin went but it must definitely be changed. As it was stated, some... More

My youngest child had spotted the tall slides this past spring on a road trip through Nashville with her grandparents and really wanted to give them a try, so my parents planned an afternoon stop there on our summer road trip from our house to theirs. For 2 adults and 2 kids (with the $2 off per person coupon from... More
