My son is a musician and a visit to Ernest Tubb's in Nashville was a priority. He was not disappointed and I enjoyed my time browsing and found lots of CD's for me and souvenirs to take home. The people were very friendly and helpful.

We visited a few other "tourist" shops before going to Earnest Tubb Records, I wish we had bought all of our souvenirs here, they had much better prices!

We were in Nashville for a performance by Merle Haggard at the Ryman Theater. I bought CDs of Merle's greatest hits, two Flatt and Scruggs CDs, a DVD of Doug Sahm performing in Austin, and another CD of artists covering songs written by Doug Sahm, which introduced me to other Austin music artists and is probably the most interesting of...

I visited the the Ernest Tubb Record Shop when I was in Nashville last May and found the people very friendly and helpful. I was able to get everything I was looking for and then some. The same goes for the store in Pigeon Forge. Anything I want to buy here at home must be special ordered, so it will...

We visited the one in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and had a great time. We found music that I had not been able to find, and the gentleman working there was very polite and helpful. He even went out of his way to help me find a recording of a song no longer available, even though it meant a loss of...

Cheapest gift shop in the area as well as very friendly and helpful staff. We visited both locations on Broadway and the music valley area and both were equally nice. The music valley location has Ernest's old tour bus that you can actually walk around inside-- really cool!
Prices were Very good!

The pictures alone are worth the visit. There are not as many LP's as I thought, but there are CD's of any artist you can think of.

If you are looking for something to do it is OK. Seeing some memoriblia and his bus was good. Nice selection of CD's for sale but for me. I don't remember many of them since I am only 43. I only reconized some of the artifacts because of my grandparents. So it was hard for me to get too into...

Great to walk through the Ernest Tubb tour bus imagining what the walls of it would say if it could talk!! Found some great CD's and books there that I would never be able to get back in Australia at really good prices. I could have stayed there for hours but the kids had other things on their mind. give...

We stopped at both the Broadway Ernest Tubb Record Shop and the location next to the Midnight Jamboree Theatre near the Opry. Both were great!
Ernest Tubb was one of my father's absolute favorite performers. This made the journey to the Music Valley Drive record shop especially meaningful for me with Ernest's 1970's tour bus and quite a bit of...
