Located in a small strip mall outside of downtown Nashville, the 100 seat venue is unassuming in appearance but some of the most significant songwriters and artists have performed on this stage. « less

Read the directions & watch the instructional video which explains how to make reservations. The reservation process was simple. Our group of 3 saw some up & coming amazing singers including Josh Martin, Karli Chayne, Annie Bosko (Lizzie?) & more. Kent Blazy sure recognizes true talent! We sat at table 11 which was a table for 5. The nachos were... More

Had reservations for an early show - were about 8 feet from the closest performer in the round. Don't think there is a bad seat. You go for the show, not the food but the BLTs were quite good and great waitress. As mentioned, you go to listen, not to talk. Really a great experience, especially if you are a... More

We booked to come to the Bluebird based on reputation and a little bit based on the Nashville TV series. You need to book online to avoid waiting in a long queue outside. Booking opens at 8am for each event so you need to be prompt. Check the website which puts you in a queuing system that works well. The... More

Must do if you love country music. Drove right by this little place during rush hour traffic. We went on Wednesday, Aug. 14 6:00 show. I was completely blown away by the talent. People who worked there were nice and helpful. We had reservations which was awesome. Glad we didn't have to wait in the long, other line.

You would probably need to be a fan of the ABC Nashville series to enjoy this tour. Lots of fun insider information about the series. Tour of location sets with the Bluebird Cafe being the highlight.

Seems like a trip to the Bluebird is on everyone's "Must Do Once List" while visiting Nashville, including ours. It's hard to get tickets, so we took a chance on a Sunday 6pm All Open Seating show and were successful. The cafe only accomadates around 100 people (some of which are pew seats and along the bar). After arriving a... More

The Bluebird sits in a retail shopping strip center. If you are heading there make sure you know where you're going, it's easy to overlook the bar. I was able to get reservations online a week before the performance. My husband & I went on a Tuesday. I believe all the individuals in line were able to be seated. The... More

I've wanted to visit the Bluebird for about eight to ten years now, since I was in college to earn my music management degree. The Bluebird is in a nondescript strip mall next door to a dry cleaner; you could easily drive by without realizing it. It's a tiny place, but it was a great show. I know now they... More

This is where serious musicians go in Nashville, And a great place to hear great music and loads of talent. This isn't the kind of place you can shoot the breeze and listen to music on the side. There is no "on the side" here. The main feature is the bands or musicians, and you best be listening or you'll... More

We did not have tickets and were fortunate to be the last two walk-ups let in for the in-the-round show, and we are so glad we were! If you don't have tickets, it is worth trying to get in as a walk-up. It truly was an unforgettable experience. Such an intimate environment and the clarity and quality of the sound... More
