An American institution - what more can you say? Pacing of the show is brisk and execution of each musical set is professionally executed. Only negative is a poorly planned system (none!) for getting taxi transportation back to downtown hotels (which is important since the Opry is some 20 minutes from downtown Nashville). Can't go to Nashville without seeing this... More

Friends of ours got us great seats. Daryl Worley, Ricky Skaggs, Restless Heart, Joe Diffie and Little Big Town. The acoustics were amazing and it's just a great atmosphere. I loved how the ushers made sure that fans didn't disrupt the show for everyone else. I can't wait to go back.

My wife and I took a "backstage" tour of the Grand Ole Opry in early February 2016. The tour includes a tour of several waiting rooms (green rooms) used by visiting musicians, as well as the entrance that artists use when arriving at the facility. Other areas of the facility are included in the tour. You are not allowed to... More

We eventually got here after parking in the wrong lot and got fleeced $24.......don't make this mistake, park your car in Opry Mills parking lot and across the lit to Grand Ol Opry. Really not a fan of country music, but is a must see if you are passing through.

Any visit to Nashville has to include an evening at the Grand Ole Opry! This gorgeous theater is full of tradition & history. Any lovers of country music & even those who are not has to agree that a performance of the stars in the Opry is fantastic. The circle at the middle of the stage has been the place... More

Had a great time visiting Grand Ole Opry just before Christmas. Even though "The Grinch" was in town, our awesome tour guide made sure we were able to experience the Opry in true Nashville style. It is truly something ALL music fans must experience !!!

There was no scheduled show the day we were there, so we took the backstage tour. It was very informative and full of the history of the Grand Ole Opry. Even if your not a country and western music fan, I think that you would still enjoy this tour.

The video is amazing. It keeps you engaged and you learn a lot. We did not do the back stage tour so I can not speak to that. We did the self guided tour and we are glad it made our list.

Whether or not you're a fan of country music, you can't go to Nashville and skip one of the most iconic sites in the city. The Grand Ole Opry self-guided tour will give you a history of country music and of the Opry itself, and honestly it's just a fun time. Do it.

No visit to Nashville is complete without a stop at The Opry! For me it just doesn't get any better than a night at the Opry. If I'm anywhere close to Nashville, I will work my itinerary so that I can take in at least one night at the Opry.
